Parking may be limited at times due to construction but you will always have one dedicated garage space. The DIRECT OCEANFRONT 7-story building and luxurious grounds have had a million-dollar renovation and JUST COMPLETED River-side (West) windows and walkways, with sparkling floor-to-ceiling windows, fresh paint and landscaping. Our third-floor, centrally located unit has been redecorated too, and recently upgraded with new paint, carpet, curtains, furniture and appliances. Just bring a beach towel. Don't even bother to bring a book, you'll be much too busy taking in all the fun and excitement Daytona has to offer - in any season. Condo Rental Amenities Our unit is larger than many other condos on the beach. We have two luxurious bedrooms, each with full bath, quality linens, towels and ample closet and drawer space. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean with its breathtaking sunrises and dolphins frolicking most every morning. It is very bright and sunny so if you prefer a dark room you may not be happy. I personally LOVE the sun! It's why you go to the beach, after all. There is a new television with cable in each bedroom and a larger flat screen TV in the living room, with DVD/VCR available. All linens (sheets and towels) are provided. Our unit has a full kitchen with all appliances and necessary kitchenware, including ice maker, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots & pans, dishes, cutlery, glassware, etc. Walk in tile shower in guest bathroom. The private washer and dryer brand new in 2020 are located just outside across the hall (to reduce noise). White Surf is one of the best-managed, spotlessly-maintained properties on the beach. The well-manicured grounds boast a basketball court, brand-new rooftop tennis court, sauna, exercise room, shuffleboard and pickle ball court, sun deck, dining patio with grill, ample beach and lounge chairs, and of course, an in-ground, seasonally heated pool. (SEE ABOVE!) You will have the use of a dedicated single car parking space in the secured garage for the duration of your stay. However, note that we cannot accommodate large or high vehicles in the parking garage, and no trailers, campers or large trucks can be parked on the grounds. I may be able to store a trailer offsite for you. There are also other places you can store them nearby for an additional fee. I can provide further information if necessary. Activities and Attractions in Daytona Beach Shores Nonstop Daytona action says it all!! From the world-famous race track to the finest museums, you will never lack for something to see and do. Kart rides, the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, concerts, mini-golf, parasailing, deep-sea fishing, just about anything else you can think of is offered here. Plus, you're an easy drive from the Kennedy Space Center, Orlando, St. Augustine or Jacksonville. And did I mention the TEN-plus superb golf courses and the International Golf Hall of Fame all within an hour's drive? If you time your trip around the KSC/SpaceX schedule, you can see rocket launches right from the condo balcony. Any kind of cuisine you desire is right here too, fresh fish, fine steaks, Italian, Mexican, Asian, and good old American are all represented within minutes of your door. New ones are always fun to try out, but here are over five excellent tried and true restaurants just within walking distance from the condo, and hundreds more within a few miles. The condo is conveniently located in a safe, relatively quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Daytona, but a 7-11 gas and convenience store, walk-in medical clinic, CVS drugstore, beach store, pizza restaurant and hair salon are a short walk or right across the street. There's trolley and bus service, though, to take you directly into downtown Daytona within ten minutes if you so choose. Weekends there is a gi-normous Flea and Farmers Market over by the Speedway which is NOT to be missed! The condo is located close and convenient to everything, but private enough to relax and just simply enjoy the beach.
