Highly recommended! From booking process to check in to the actual stay, and the checkout process all was smooth, easy and timely. The property was exactly as described, and the Photos are accurate. It’s a short walk down a very pleasant road to downtown Lenox and all the shops and dining opportunities. Coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner all the pleasant walk away. Also an easy walk, or very short drive to Tanglewood. Yet once on the property the surroundings are private, comfortable and serene. Owner is highly responsive, communicates well, and is easy to deal with. I would stay again!

The pictures look decent, but in person, it is so much prettier!! My family enjoyed returning every night and waking every morning in this house. You won't regret your stay. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer and enjoy the house more.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable, well-stocked home close to town and hiking trails. We spent cozy hours when the weather was inclement by a warm fire. Thanks for alllowing us to borrow your home for a few days!

This property was perfect for our purposes. Our family of four wanted to be near relatives for Christmas without imposing. We hosted a pre-Christmas party for nineteen with no problems on space and I made a prime rib dinner for Christmas, having every kitchen accessory imaginable. The living dining area is very spacious as is the kitchen. We loved the wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood available. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Although we did not use the porch in the dead of winter, I can see it would be a true asset in the summer. Overall, it was just what we wanted.

The house was perfect for our group of 6 who stayed for 4 nights over the 4th of July weekend. We had tickets for James Taylor and for the BSO at Tanglewood. We loved the decor, the great dinnerware and glassware, the location (so close to Tanglewood!), and the outdoor spaces. We used the deck and the screened porch constantly. It was nice to have a big recycling barrel. We did not need to use the a/c, tho it would have been good on a hot/humid day. In addition, the house was within walking distance of The Mount (Edith Wharton's house and grounds) and very convenient to Lenox, Lee and Stockbridge. Susan, the owner, was very accommodating and helpful.
