Located in Okaloosa Island, this attractive condo for $450 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! THIS CONDO IS NOW KEY-LESS!!** Wireless Internet, Flat Screen TVs (a 46" in the living room), Garage Parking Space! This first floor unit is an incredible space that has tons of touches of home. Each room has its own coastal flair, including brightly colored tropical fish in the master bedroom/bath, lightly colored seashells in the guest bedroom/bath, and a palm tree mural in the dining area. This unit has an assigned covered parking space. With two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, this non-smoking unit can accommodate up to 7 guests. The wall mirror in the master bedroom helps fill the space with color. A full-size kitchen is complemented by a large island cabinet/countertop. A full-size washer and dryer set is also available in the unit. Three large windows and wall mirrors in the living room come together to surround the space with golden sunshine, white sands, and emerald-colored waters - three things that make the Emerald Coast so attractive! The balcony/patio outside extends from the living room to the master bedroom and gives guests plenty of space to enjoy a beach-front view from morning 'til night. We had a wonderfully trip. The condo was great. We were a little hesitant about the first floor, but it was great. You still have a beach view and we saw dolphins from our balcony. We would definitely recommend.

Other than that the stay was excellent ! I will definitely consider Summerlin when I’m the destin area again !!

Wonderful stay!
We’ve found our favorite beach home at Summerlin! This complex was nice and small which our family needed. Our son has special needs so we didn’t want a huge place. Unit 101 was perfect for our family of four! Could not believe how big it was. The view was amazing. The description and pictures were completely accurate. No surprises at all. If I had any recommendations it would just be to change some things to make it more kid friendly (light fixture over the kitchen table, some decor) I’d also love a Keurig! However, those are minor suggestions. We are already planning on returning! Had a wonderful time!

Summerlin is the place to stay when visiting Ft. Walton Beach. There are few units, the beaches are not crowded and the property is great. Beach chairs and an umbrella are set up daily...I've returned to this location three times in the last decade and it's a great place to stay!

Girls Beach Trip
We loved the condo but there were a few items I would definitely update being the cookware and living room sofa and love seat. The hide-a-bed was horrible. This condo is at a great location and the condo itself was great. We didn't let uncomfortable living room furniture slow us down. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends.

The place looks just like the pictures. It could use some updates. Parking inside is very small and difficult to get a van pulled in. Ok for a compact car. Pictures of balcony is deceiving. It is smaller than portrayed. Have to get beach chairs every morning, they will not reserve for you even though it is paid for by the owners.

We were worried at first that the condo would be ready until 6 pm because of cleaning protocols, but we were called at 2:30 and said it was ready to go. Thanks B&S! The only problems we encountered were a low battery in smoke alarm at 1 in the morning and a broken table leg that we fixed.

The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 3. The beach access was amazing! We did have trouble getting into the condo. We were given a door code that did not work. We left a voicemail with the after hours emergency number. Our call was returned in a timely manner and we were able to get settled in.
The condo was very clean, but had a musty smell. I am not sure if the dehumidifier was not working or if the carpet had gotten wet at some point.

This great home away from home is one level up from the beach and pool, very roomy, lots of storage and two nice bedrooms. Nicely furnished with good wi fi and a roomy balcony. The beach is steps away and is beautiful. Three good restaurants and clubs are about 2 miles away with many more within 5 miles.
