This is a beloved home for family reunions, with many of our guest coming back year after year. The central focus of the main level is to bring everyone together - open concept custom kitchen, dining table for 14, natural stone gas fireplace, 25’ vaulted ceilings and windows covering the entire wall offer spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and Breckenridge ski area. Comfortable alpine villa with spectacular mountain views. Large South facing deck. Hot tub. Vaulted ceilings. Heated floors. Free high-speed Internet. Modern open kitchen. Dining table for 14. Game room with pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard. Stone fireplace. 55 inch TV. Exercise room. Heated 2 car garage. Perfect for family gatherings. On the main level, there is a large, open living room with 25' vaulted ceilings. Windows are covering the entire wall and offer spectacular views of mountains and the Breckenridge ski area. There is a 55" TV with live channels provided by Comcast. Modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Fridge with double doors and freezer drawer on the bottom. 12' long dining table is located in the corner between the kitchen and family room. This level also has a half bath accessible from the hallway. You will also find 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full Jack and Jill bathroom on this floor. You can walk out on a large south-facing deck with a private hot tub, table, and BBQ. On the upper floor, there are two owner's suites and a loft. They each are furnished with a king-size bed and sleeper sofa, TV, walking closet, soaking tub, separate shower, double sink vanity and both offer vaulted ceilings. We have 3rd sleeper sofa in the loft. On the lower level, you will find another two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other one has a bunk bed. Each of them has its own bathrooms. In the game room, there is a sitting area with a TV, pool table, foosball, and shuffleboard. The sofa bed sleeps 2. There is also a little gym room. All the bedrooms are spread out on all 3 levels to provide privacy. The Master Suite and Master Bedroom both have their own TV with live channels. Free Internet throughout the house. There is a garage for two cars and a few parking spots in front of the garage and in the driveway. The house is located a short 7-minute drive to Main Street or the Gondola. It's a scenic drive with a few really nice opportunities to take pictures of the town of Breckenridge and the Ski Area along the way. If you prefer not to drive, there is a bus stop less than one block away. The bus is free and will take you to Main Street or all the way to the Gondola. It's a peaceful, quiet, and safe neighborhood, yet just minutes from the town. One of the best deals in Breckenridge. Everything you need for your next family gateway. If you are visiting during summer, there are a couple of hiking trails right around the house. One trail leads all the way to town and the other to the top of Baldy Mountain. Both offer plenty of opportunities to take beautiful pictures. Just minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Free Bus is only steps from the door and will take you to the Gondola and Main Street. We provide all linen, towels, and guest supplies. Watch the stars from the hot tub, breath mountain air, and listen to the quiet. This house is perfect for large family gatherings and reunions. There is plenty of room for everyone. It sleeps at least 12 privately and up to 19 with sofa beds. One of the best deals in Breckenridge. Lower tax. Everything you need for your next gateway. Deck. It's a picture-perfect spot with great views of mountains. Catering is available upon request. Ask for details. Things to note: - the house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. No outdoor music or loud noise. Quiet hours from 10pm - 7am are strictly enforced with no exceptions. Due to the COVID-19, our cleaning lady is taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces with products that meet the EPA's criteria and we follow the CDC's Cleaning Guidelines.

Large family gathering for the Christmas holidays that was hosted in Breckenridge by Daniel. The home was spectacular and better than advertised. We had an amazing experience and the experience was just perfect. Highly recommend this property and its management.

Like others review state, this home is amazing! The view is spectacular and the house was immaculate. There was a slight issue with the hot tub (hornets!) but was quickly addressed by management. We had four families stay and we never felt crowded at all. The game room kept the kids entertained and it was about a 10-15 minute drive into town (depending on where you wanted to go). Nothing beats the view of the mountains and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

A place can really make your stay something special on vacation and this place did just that. We had a family group of 15, including our kids and grandkids. Such a spacious home that we could all spread out in and relax or play games! The basement was indeed the "fun zone" for the kids and they equally enjoyed the hot tub. As the grandma, my favorite memory of this place will be how we gathered every evening for our meals at the most beautiful table and how after we cleaned up we would play cards well into the evening. This place has everything you could need and we had a great week in Breckinridge.

Our group of 15 (7 adults, 8 kids under 8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and spacious and we appreciated all of the separate sleeping spaces, quantity of bathrooms and large common areas including an amazing large dining table that fit our entire group! Daniel was an excellent host, promptly replying to all communication and even left a thoughtful welcome gift. I would highly recommend this property as a perfect home base for Breckenridge visit.

Wonderful property. Daniel friendly and responsive through stay. Prepare for 10,600 foot elevation…beware of altitude sickness and take steps to avoid it!! Outside of altitude issues there is nothing to complain about at the property, it is great!!!

I don’t think this house can get any better. Truly better in person and more than enough space for the whole family. What a privilege it was to stay at this house during our family trip. We will be back. Daniel the host is top notch and a pleasure to work with!

Daniel's house is gorgeous, clean, and located within 5 minutes (driving) of the Breck gondola and main street. We had an amazing time and tons of space. With the amount of beds, rooms, and bathrooms, we were able to comfortably host a big group of friends with beds to spare.
The view is bar none, the hot tub is clean and hot, the home is well appointed with everything you need to be warm, comfy, and cook everything you want. There's also a ton of board games and some cards for entertaining, as well as a pool table and shuffle board table downstairs.

We stayed at Daniel's home for a large girls trip and I couldn't have imagined a better place! The house is huge and absolutely beautiful with incredible mountain views that you can see through two-story floor to ceiling windows. There is also a great hot tub on the deck that also allow you to enjoy the view. The common space has a huge dining table that could seat our entire group. We had 15 people and everyone could sleep very comfortably and there was plenty of bathroom space for getting ready. Getting to town is easy with a nearby bus stop, though there's a garage if you'd like to bring a car.
On top of the house itself, Daniel could not have been more amazing. We received check in instructions early and the process was smooth and easy. He was very responsive when we had questions before and during our stay.
I was really blown away at how amazing this property was, especially considering how much more reasonable the price is than other similar properties in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone!

It was a great house for 12 friends! Plenty of space, great kitchen, open floor plan. About 4 miles from slopes, but easy access via shuttle, Uber, Lyft.
More bathroom towels would be great (only 2 per bedroom), and a house binder/resource guide/local recommendation list would be nice.

We visited Daniel’s beautiful home in Breckenridge with family for a ski vacation. The pictures really do justify the home-it’s just as amazing as it shows. We have 11 in our family-7 adults and 4 children ages 5-11. Everyone had plenty of room to sleep and spread out. The upstairs master suite has a king bed and 2 pullout sofas! Our 5 year old wasn’t feeling well so it was perfect to keep her secluded and keep her brother in a different bed from her. The house is extremely spacious, with plenty of room to be together or find some quiet time. 14 minute drive to skiing, which isn’t bad at all (unless you forget your gloves, and everything seems far away)
I highly recommend this exceptional home. There are humidifiers, fans, shampoo and conditioner-all the comforts of home. ( I did not find a hair dryer, so be sure to pack one). Also, the kitchen has EVERYTHING you may need.
Daniel is very responsive if there is anything you may need.

My friends and I couldn’t say enough good things about Daniel’s property. There were 11 of us and we had everything we needed and more. We were so comfortable that we barely wanted to go into town! Definitely recommend renting this spot- we had such an amazing weekend here.

The house was perfect for our 1st time in Breckenridge. We had plenty of space for our entire family that included our adult children, spouses, and grandchildren. Walking distance to catch the bus was so convenient. Daniel was always more than helpful with any questions. We will definitely make this a tradition!

The house is as good as it looks on the listing. It has several separate living areas to allow spaces for a big group. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The game room is great. The kitchen is the best-equipped I have seen in any rental. Host was communicative and responsive. This place is worth it!

I could have watched beautiful views from the great room our whole stay. Our fall visit was when the aspens were yellow and during the first snow on the mountains. We hiked the Baldy Trail right from the property. The location and views were excellent. The house itself was very well appointed with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms, and lots of extra towels for the hot tub. We had three generations of our family there and there was plenty of room to stretch out, but we really enjoyed visiting at the large dining table. Grab a bag of ice on the way. There was not any ice when we arrived, but that was the only thing missing.

Let me start by saying that the images of this property do not do it justice. The home is huge with some very large bedrooms and a fantastic rec room on the lower level. The hot tub is very large and worked very well. The deck is also bigger than it looks, and the almost new grill was very welcomed to feed our group of 10. The free shuttle service was great, with a stop less than a half block from the house. The bus was clean, modern, and on time. Finally, Daniel was a great host! He was easy to get ahold of and very pleasant to work with. We would definitely return to Woodmor!

We stayed in this house in August and had a great time! The house was beautiful and well maintained. And you can’t beat the view. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, the bathrooms, and in the laundry room. The host communicated very well and we had all our questions answered. If we come back to Breckenridge, we will definitely stay here again.

We had our entire family stay at the manor. 11 adults, 2 children and 3 toddlers and 1 infant. The house was perfect for us. Great location. Great views. Near the trailhead for bald mountain trail. Short drive to town and other trails. The house is beautiful. The game room is fun. Daniel, the property manager was very responsive when we had questions. Jacuzzi was easy to use and was great to sit in and look at stars at night. Overall it was a fantastic experience!

Wonderful spacious home!
Our large group had a great time in this conveniently located home in Breckenridge. We made good use of both refrigerators, the expansive kitchen and large dining table. The bedroom set up is great, though I highly recommend families with smaller children stay in basement rooms. Upstairs rooms could hear all the common area happenings. Hot tub worked like a charm, kids and adults enjoyed. The deck is an amazing spot for a morning cup of coffee or late day cocktail. We will definitely try to snag this house for next summer!

The large, wonderfully equipped house was perfect for our family reunion of 18 people! The views were Colorado at its best and the hot tub and game room were huge hits! The owner was super responsive and we simply had everything we needed. This is a great rental if you are in the Breckenridge area!

Great location, easy access to Breckenridge. Communication with the property manager was excellent, very quick to respond if we had any questions. Plenty of space and nice bathrooms. We had 5 families and each had their own to use. The upstairs rooms are massive and very nicely done, the main floor and basement are more simple, so if sharing with multiple families some are going to get a lot more space than others. House was clean and in good condition with a newer large hot tub. The wifi worked well even with 15 people accessing it. The only minor issues we had were:
1. With the trash cans having to be in the garage it was tight to park 2 cars in the garage, but there is plenty of space in the driveway (we had 5 cars and had no issues).
2. Could use new pillows, most were pretty flat and worn out.
3. Newer TV with better streaming capabilities would be nice or add a Chromecast/Roku
We'd rent it again no question!

This is a beautiful home and wonderful vacation home for family especially game room in basement. This helped entertain entire family when we were finished skiing, with pool table, shuffleboard, large screen tv and games for all ages. Kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances and cookware required for our large group of 13. The view was amazing.
