Eudis (Anita) was the perfect host! She made sure to stay in contact with us and made everything very easy during our stay. The apartment is fully stocked with every little thing you could need during your stay. She even left a gallon of filtered water in the fridge for us which was most appreciated after a long day of travel. The apartment is right on the beach with beautiful ocean views from your private balcony. The pool is huge but never crowded. The bed was super comfortable. My only complaint would be about the street noise. Even though you're on the 9th floor it can be very noisy from down below making it hard to sleep sometimes. But this is not something that can be controlled by the host.
My teenage daughter and I felt very safe here and would definitely stay again if we returned to San Juan.

Upon booking this condo on Vrbo, Ms. Rita was extremely communicative and gave us a wonderful list of places what to do, where to go to visit for activities/restaurants/local places that were recommended. This even included telling us the doctor offices and pharmacies.
Upon arrival it was seamless: we checked in at the gate, got our bracelets, and found our room. If you have long nails thst lockbox will take patience but it was very easy getting our keys & settling in. Inside is nirvana! They have a wonderful A/C system trust was set at 68 degrees absolutely perfect. The LED lights really make the room. We only had two issues: the hot water in the shower and the A/C as leaking on the floor on night 6. Both issues were immediately fixed by Ms. Rita and hr charming husband. He came and fixed the shower temperature and came and helped us lay down towels at 10pm at night. By the next morning the A/C was working perfectly after he and a worker came and fixed it.
They are central to the airport by like 3-6 minutes and while we only needed three Ubers (to & from the airport and going to Casa Bacardi) everything was a easy walk. Mi Casita was a wonderful restaurant which we ate at most nights. The wine store/restaurant across the street had a lovely brunch and great wine selection. You can not beat their beach access and the condo came with beach towels, sunblock, beach chairs, etc. This is definitely a place you should book! I can't wait to return!

I loved the cozy, clean studio and the entire property! It was an ideal location steps from the beach and a pool. It was well stocked with toiletries, beach accessories, and games! The view from the balcony was fantastic and one could feel the ocean breezes. I would highly recommend it and I am looking forward to staying there in the future!

The location is just steps from the beach!
The building itself is quiet but you can hear street noise at night.
Our host Rita was very responsive when the A/C was making strange noises. She had it fixed the same day (and left a bottle of wine). The building gave us warning that the water would be off one night. Rita was there with water bottles and a bucket to hold extra water for flushing.
I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a great beach vacation.

The location of the apartment can’t be beat.
The apartment was clean and well supplied with beach equipment. The pool is a great place to hang out and the beach is right outside of the pool.

Large comfortable studio
This studio sized apartment is beautifully designed! My husband and I had no “space” issues during our 6 day stay. The kitchen was well stocked, there’s a large TV, and the view of Isla Verde from the 9th floor balcony was great!

You will love it here!
This apartment was perfect for our trip and just steps away from the beach! There are lots of great restaurants, bars, beach activities and even a casino within walking distance! Very convenient location for Uber as well.

Wonderful Stay for the Perfect Vacation
This great Condo was just as wonderful as described. We Texans enjoyed our 7-night stay here for our first trip to Pureto Rico. The first day we spent at the nearby beach, then swam in the uncrowded pool. The room was fully equipped as described. (The supplied beach cooler also became our car ice chest as we drove to the East Coast and later to the South coast and mountains.) We mostly prepared breakfast in the kitchen. The balcony was a great place to eat breakfast and listen to the ocean waves and also to the interesting city sounds. We ate at several great restaurants within walking distance. Property security guards were friendly and helpful. We had a rented car so the parking space was useful. Easy access by car to the Highway. Great location in the city. The airport is nearby, but the balcony faces away from the airport so airplane noise was never an issue. About 15min drive to Old San Juan. We enjoyed the wifi and streaming services during our rest day. For the few questions we had our host was friendly and responsive. We look forward to returning here next year. I highly recommend this place. Thanks again, Rita.

Perfect place with everything needed
Enjoyed a long weekend at this condo and whenever I thought we had forgotten something, I readily found it already thoughtfully provided. Shampoo, razor, beach cooler, chairs, sunscreen, and much more. Even parking for a last minute rental car for a trip to the Culebra ferry dock. Rita was very responsive and helpful before and during our trip with information and tips. Highly recommend this property and will be back again.

Fabulous condo
We were so happy with our 4 day stay at your Isla Verde condo. The condo looks even better in person that in the pics on line. It has a high end designer feel. We loved the location - super convenient for the beach & major hotels. Beautiful views from the balcony. We look forward to returning soon. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Wonderful!
Our hosts were very nice and very responsive to any questions we have. The apartment is very close to the beach, so we could walk down there which was great (and the complex has a pool as well.) Short drive to San Juan, where we spent most of our time. Totally recommend!

The condo was very nice and had all the beach needs like chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach bag, and plenty of beach towels which was great!! Lots of great places within walking distance. So many places to eat! Absolutely loved Alambique- the chicken wrap, burger, and sweet chili salmon were amazing. Just FYI if you are a soda drinker many of the restaurants do NOT have free refills. That was a new thing to me, lol. This area is definitely a very busy area up to late hours of the night especially starting Friday night-Sunday night, so be prepared for a lot of noise. We had a wonderful time and Ms Rita was a wonderful host and even let us leave our bags in the condo early because our flight arrived at 130pm before it was actually ready while we went to eat before check in time. She was always a text or phone call away if you needed anything!

Comfortable place to stay
We really appreciated being picked up at the airport when we arrived. Thank you Rita. The studio suite was well equipped, from cooking dishes, to beach supplies. There were also a few essentials, such as bar soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etcetera, greatly appreciated. The bed is very comfortable. It is very easy to get to Old San Juan town from here as the city bus stop is in front of the condo. Just take the T5 bus, it will take you all the way, and the same for coming back. The bus fare is .75 US. Need the exact change. Liked being close to the beach, a good walking beach. The water was a little bit rough, but could still get in safely. Can walk around safely in the evening. The locals are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for one week. The studio is very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Rita for your very kind hospitality.

Thanksgiving Day and Birthday Celebration Bliss!
My fiancee and I went to Puerto Rico to celebrate both our birthdays and I heard about this site from a friend. I had never used it before, therefore I had a few reservations about the place. My mind was immediately put at ease because the owner, Rita Vera, was always available to speak to me over the phone whenever I had any questions. She is such a pleasant and friendly woman. Upon arrival to the studio apartment, Rita left us a complimentary bottle of wine and a gallon of water. The room was immaculate, and we had the use of beach towels, beach chairs, a beach bag to put in the towels, sun screen, etc. We highly recommend this place, which is right on the beach and has a private pool. Thank you Rita for opening your apartment for our use. I would definitely stay there again.
