Pet Friendly! Two bedroom luxury vacation condo on second floor of home in the heart of Chatham Village! Head up the stairs to find a lovely deck with cafe table and gas grill. Open the door to your little piece of heaven: the open floor plan boasts a gourmet kitchen, including a breakfast bar for 2 and a table that seats 4, skylights, living area with flat screen TV, DVD, high-speed internet access, and central air. There are 2 master suites: one on each side of the living area-offering privacy to the occupants. Both offer bathrooms with showers. The first suite has a King size bed and the larger 2nd suite has 2 Queen size beds. Walk to Chatham village and the local beaches: Andrew Hardings, Lighthouse and Claflin Landing! Kayak or canoe in Mill pond-just a couple blocks from the condo. 2 parking spaces available. Area Info: 365 feet to Monomoy Coffee Company and 800 feet to the Chatham Squire! .2 mile to Kate Gould Park where you can enjoy a bandstand concert on Friday nights .6 mile to historic Chatham Bars Inn offering a beach bar, a full service spa, and fine dining all open to the public .7 mile to beautiful Lighthouse Beach .9 mile to the Chatham Fish Pier where you can eat fresh seafood and watch the fishing boats come in 1 mile to public golfing at the Chatham Seaside Links! The condo was beautifully appointed. Great natural light and all the amenities you'd need. The location was perfect- situated on Main Street but slightly beyond the noisy hustle and bustle of town. Walkable to Light House Beach, Oyster Pond, town center, restaurants, shopping, etc. And, the owners are available and have the sweetest dog in residence

We love staying on Main Street and being able to walk to all of our favorite places in Chatham or easily bike to Hanger B for breakfast. Beds were VERY comfortable (my 13 year old twins loved them too!) and parents and kids had separate bathrooms. Living space was very comfortable as well. Kitchen was great though we only cooked once. Owner was very nice and said hello when we checked in.

Wonderful location - right in downtown Chatham. The condo has been well kept, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts checked in throughout our stay and were available for any questions. Would stay here again.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The location is ideal for the beach and downtown dining and shopping. King size bed in the master is ideal and comfortable. The decor is thoughtful and beachy. We will rent again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this rental. Fantastic location - steps from town and short walk to the beach. In our estimation, the space was even better than depicted in listing photos. Very nice owners. Recommended without reservations.

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful apartment. It was beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and it could not be more convenient! We loved walking everywhere and never felt the need to get in the car. The owners were very responsive as well. It was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s the perfect spot in the center of town, right by the coffee shoppes & The Squire, and a short walk to Light House Beach. Very comfortable accommodations, and the communication with the hosts Eliza and Allan was excellent. This is one of our favorites, for sure. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you Eliza & Allan!

Excellent location to explore Chatham and the rest of the cape. Clean with a capital "C", well equipped for small & large meals, and very quiet and comfortable. Really enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck after roaming Lighthouse Beach and the town. Pleasant hosts and sweet dog. We highly recommend & hope to return.

If you’re looking for a cozy home for a few days, this is the place. So sweetly decorated, bright, and cheery. Felt st home immediately.
The location was awesome, just out your door is an adorable little beach town. Allan and Eliza were responsive and kind. Wonderful weekend despite the rain.

This was a wonderful condo on the second floor of a historic home and walking distance to downtown. The condo and owners were wonderful. We especially loved the extra touches, like the Robes. We would definitely recommend this treasure.

This condo is light and bright with all of the amenities one would need. The walk to town is one minute yes this location is quiet and homey. Our hosts were very welcoming and left us so much information and recommendations for where to go and what to see. A perfect stay!

Allan and Eliza are terrific hosts and the property is lovely! The location is in downtown Chatham - easy to walk or bike everywhere. Lighthouse beach is a 20 min walk. CBI is a 15 minute walk. They provided a cart so you can wheel beach chairs - very convenient! The house was well stocked with glassware, towels, ice machine in fridge. Our mid twenties kids enjoyed the location too. Would definitely recommend this property.

This location was perfect for our family - convenience of grabbing a morning coffee, morning walk, shopping and eating in town and walking to the beach! Hosts were very friendly and condo was well stocked! We would recommend!

Fantastic Location Gracious Hosts
Perfect location right on Main Street. The home was well-appointed with well-stocked kitchen. Hosts were friendly and unobtrusive. Great to be able to bring our dog, yet unlike other dog-friendly listings, this one was very very clean! Highly recommended for a family trip to the Cape. All around perfect!
We have been staying up and down the Cape and in Chatham now for years but could never find the right combination of location, style and price until now. Eliza and Allan are perfect hosts, and the condo is well appointed, clean, and a perfect place to spend a Chatham vacation! You can’t beat the location right on Main Street in Chatham!

Perfect vacation
My sister and I spent a week at this beautiful apartment on Main Street. Everything was great from the comfy beds, kitchen, great artwork and our favorite place - the porch. We were so fortunate to have great weather and a beautiful breeze. The hosts are awesome and we enjoyed our chats. Thank you Allan and Eliza. We hope to be back soon.
