This private ski-in/ski-out condo provides all of the amenities at the base of Granby Ranch! DETAILS: Ski-in/Ski-out at the base of Granby Ranch Ski Area | Second-Floor Unit w/ Elevator | Mountain Views Garage parking, personal ski locker and bike storage Master Bedroom: King Bed; Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed; Bedroom 3: Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed. The condo is furnished to sleep 6 people. Eight people is maximum number allowed, and an extra fee for each additional person may be added. This is our second time staying in this condo and just like the first time it was perfect. Met all our needs and was exactly as pictured. I’d highly suggest anyone planning to ski and is not in to the big tourist city attractions to stay at Granby Ranch. You will be pleasantly surprised of the ease and convenience of the ski in/out access. The condo is very clean, furnished with everything you would most likely need and conveniently located very close to a grocery store and gas station. My family loves being able to go out and ski and yet come in and warm up and grab a bite to eat before heading right back out to the slopes, all just steps between the lift and back door of the condo. My favorite part is that skiing is not crowded. At times you can look in front or behind on a trail and be the only person, you don’t have to worry about running in to people. There is no waiting around to get on the lift and ride up before experiencing another thrill riding down. Granby Ranch, Base Camp One, is truly a hidden gem in the mountains.

The condo was great. It was very clean and well stocked with supplies. The location was next to the ski lift which made for a great ski in ski out experience. We would highly recommend staying here to any one looking to ski at Granby Ranch.

Great condo....SO clean and updated. Very well stocked with plenty of towels, soaps, kitchen equipment etc. Erin and Jerry were very easy to communicate with when we gad a couple of questions. We did not realize we had to pay a fee to used the pool/hot tub. The wine they left for us made up for that! We would stay again! Thanks Erin and Jerry!

This is our 3rd spring break stay and we love it! This condo is perfect for skiing -- it is located at the base of the main lift, literally 10 steps away. It is always clean and well stocked and the owners are very quick to respond if you have any questions or concerns. Our kids really like the new bunk beds being lower to the floor. Overall a great place, and we are already booked for 2024 :)

My family and I have stayed in this condo 2 years in a row! The accommodations are great and a perfect location for skiing. The accommodations have everything you need to be comfortable for your stay, including kitchen appliances/utensils to stay in and cook. Beautiful views of the mountains and a great resort.

I personally think it’s difficult to beat Base Camp One and have stayed in several different units within this building over the years. Great price for amount of rooms, thank you for keeping it that way!

This property was perfect for our group! The ski in ski out location could not have been easier to navigate. The condo was clean , comfortable and had all the utensils we needed to cook meals. Ski locker was very convenient. We will absolutely be staying again.

We visited after Christmas for some skiing (we are beginners) and the condo suited our needs perfectly! So convenient and the condo had everything we needed. Can’t beat the underground garage and ski lockers. Our three boys (10, 10 and 8) loved it - fit us perfectly.

We had an amazing stay. The property was very clean and spacious. There was construction going on outside of our room but it did not bother us.

The town of Granby is a dump and there is nothing around this property for many miles. Condo was nice and owners were good. However the Granby Ranch wanted to charge an astronomical price a day per person to use swimming pool. What a rip off. We stayed Saturday -Wednesday and nothing was open. The Granby ranch may be a good time in the winter months but during the summer it just is terrible. I brought up my issue with owners about pool costing so much and they responded promptly and voiced their opinion about the charges.
I wish I could leave a review of just Granby Ranch and leave the owners out of it.

Off the grid?
This stay was overall disappointing. First the good news: The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Now the not so good: Access to the building required going through a rocky and sandy construction area which gets miserably muddy during a rain. A small car like ours could easily get stuck. There was no information about this matter in the listing. If we'd known, we would have picked another place to stay. Secondly, after the first day, when the WiFi worked well, we lost the signal and the listed WiFi address never reappeared on the computer menu, even after rebooting the router. So we had no internet access for the second day. (We tried to contact the owner but couldn't get a cell signal either, although this may have been more an issue with our cellular carrier or the phone itself.) Also the TVs are weird. One time one remote worked, another time it didn't. And when I tried to get internet access, it froze the TV screen that my wife was watching. Finall,y the view from the deck is a delightful construction zone/porta potty with all the attendant construction noise. Overall, unless you are a masochist or a tech geek, we can't reccommend this property.

We have visited Granby on a yearly basis since 2015 (pre-pandemic). We typically stayed in a one bedroom unit and since our family has happily expanded, we came this year and stayed in Jerry and Erin's three bedroom unit. We love Base Camp and staying in their unit makes it an even more enjoyable experience. The unit is very clean and easily accessible. We love how it is very child friendly as well. It was a pleasure communicating with Jerry and Erin as they were very responsive. As the title says, we already booked for next year and we can't wait to continue our annual Granby tradition and watch our little one grow to love Granby as well. Thank you Jerry and Erin for allowing this to be possible!

Condo was very comfortable for our family of six. Kitchen well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses etc. nice to be able to have multiple meals before running dishwasher!
Location to ski slopes and having a ski locker for equipment was a great added bonus!
