The property is in a great location. The outdoor space is the best part. We spent most of our time outdoors enjoying it. Plenty of beds and room for our group. This place could comfortably sleep12 plus adults as well as a handful of children.

We had an amazing time for my birthday and Memorial weekend. Lots of room and the outdoor kitchen was the best part of the stay. A couple of the AC units didn't work but house stayed comfortable. River access was the perfect way to relax right out the back door and down the stairs. We were disappointed there was not a dish washer or fire pit as described in house details.

Great area overall and not a bad place to stay. Outdoor area isn’t the cleanest with empty beer cans, etc scattered throughout the property but the inside was very clean. Great location with easy access to the river!

We rented the house for our anniversary and made the drive out to walk in to the strong smell of smoke, dirty fridge, counter tops, food on surfaces including the stove, party on the deck never cleaned up, doors not properly secured, the list goes in and we have pictures to prove that what we walked into was NOT safe or sanitary! The exposed light sockets and black mold upstairs were disgusting and hazardous! We obviously didn’t stay and we had to scramble to find accommodations for the long weekend last minute. I immediately informed the property manager, who apologized and promised 100% refund via email, but I have not received a response regarding eta or seen the refund hit my account. The entire trip plus a cleaning fee and deposit were all charged prior to our trip and we never even stayed a night! During a pandemic, you advertise proper sanitation measures but no sponge or broom was even used in there let alone additional sanitation measures.

The floors were not clean, there were some old beer cans left on property, a couple of heaters in a few rooms didn’t work and the cable did not work but other than that it was a great property and we would rent again.

Good location, good for Big groups, wish the ice machine was still there but we really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and had a great stay!!

Over all decent place to stay nice patio and house was great for our stay ,rooms get super cold , the home could use some basic updating and maintenance here and there but for the price and location it was good .

Nice little one place for a get away. Accommodated 11 of us with no problems. LOVE the outdoor space. The access to the river was great and nice for a relaxing day in the water.

1. No cable TV or Internet service during the stay - called the number provided, spoke to an employee and didn't hear back from them. 2. Water sprays out of downstairs bathroom faucet on wall to left 3. No hot water in same bathroom sink 4. Kitchen faucet sprays to side 5. No mention of Keurig unit would have been nice to know. Mr. Coffee maker missing parts. 6. HVAC units. At least 2 or 3 units don’t work and one leaks. Remotes didn't appear to do anything. 7. Turned off light in kitchen over rack. Light continued to blink all night, assuming an electrical issue of sorts 8. Nail poking out of deck toward staircase tore up tube 9. Toilet down stairs rocks and is unstable 10. Mouse trap and food items upstairs stool area 11. Dead bugs lying around, didn’t look like anyone had vacuumed in a while 12. Outlets that didn’t work and couldn’t figure out what switch if any controlled them 13. Backdoor to house by dining area won’t remain closed without slide bolt in place 14. Uneven floors in places, safety issue We encountered several other issues not worth mentioning. It's sad because the place does have potential but after reading other reviews about the lack of ownership responsiveness and our own experience, it not surprising we ran into what we did and it's certainly not worth the rate they are asking. Also as it won't be called out by the owner, they provide nothing. Not just sheets and paper goods, but no dish washing soap, dishwasher, no disinfectants, cleaners, trash bags or anything else.

Great place to stay!!! Only negatives were neither the wifi or cable worked, air conditioners were very complicated and many of the remotes did not work. Very minor things and the overall stay was great.

House was spacious, sleeps plenty. Kitchen super nice. Outdoor deck area is shaded and very accommodating.

I rated this three stars in part as an attention grabber because there are a few important issues everyone interested in the property should be aware of that you wouldn't necessarily know from the listing. I'll start with the Cons... CONS: 1. As noted in the listing (although it's easy to scan over), this property doesn't come with linens, towels, blankets, or pillows. They actually don't mention the pillows or blankets until you book and receive the info sheet. We realized this only a week before our stay which I take responsibility for, but with most of our group flying in from all over the country, this became a major logistical issue in a hurry. We managed to order a bunch of cheap sets of everything from Wal-Mart that we could simply leave behind, but it was an unexpected expense. The Property Manager was as accommodating as possible but the bottomline and final answer was that there wasn't anything they could do. It is absurd in 2017 that a rental house wouldn't have pillows and blankets provided, and only slightly less crazy that they wouldn't offer linens, towels, toilet paper, etc. I've booked over a dozen VRBO houses and this was the first time I've ever run into this issue. My advice is if you don't have the ability to drive with a bunch of linens and pillows (enough for 12-14 beds), this probably isn't the house for you. 2. The second issue was noted in a previous review, but the A/C in the largest sleeping room (bunk room) is virtually worthless. I don't think we were ever able to get it below 78-80 degrees in there, which isn't a comfortable temperature to sleep in for most adults. Several people chose to sleep in the Living Room recliner or on the floor where there was a strong A/C unit. If you're putting 6+ kids in that room you may be fine, but it wasn't adequate for 6 adults. There was also an issue with getting all of the A/C units on at first because only about one-third of the remotes worked. Luckily, the working remotes could be used on any of the units. PROS: 1. House is as advertised in the pictures. Outdoor kitchen (which I don't even think is pictured) is incredible and along with the great deck is by far the best part of the house. 2. River access is easy and convenient. All in all it was a great three-day weekend but I don't know that we would stay here again unless the A/C unit in the largest room was replaced and we had an easier way to handle the linens, pillows, towels, etc. issue.

We really enjoyed grilling on the patio and hanging out by the water. It was a great weekend. The garage was fantastic as well!

Ten of us stayed at the yellow house this past weekend (June 2-4). This house is really cool! It's like a giant tree house. The kitchen was great for preparing meals for a large group. We had a few days guests, too. There was plenty of room for everybody to hang out and enjoy the property after a long day of floating the river. I would bring a big box fan for hanging our on the patios.. and maybe a fan for the bunk room, since it's such an open space. We had some issues with the upstairs potty on the second day and called for somebody to fix it, but nobody every came out. It was a big inconvenience having to fill the tank every time it needed to be flushed, but that was the only issue we had. We'd come back to the yellow house!
