Situated in Iona, this charming condo for $116 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This first floor condominium with a pool directly outside your condo and shopping a very short distance away has been renovated with new kitchen and updated bathrooms.. Rental includes all utilities, all housewares and linens, cable, TVs, a Keurig and wi-fi. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and TV. Washer and dryer included. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a TV. Unit has large screened lanai which has storm shutters The living room has double sliders leading to the lanai as does the master bedroom. A TV is located in the living room across from comfortable sofa seats. There is an attached bathroom to the master bedroom as well as a separate bathroom for the second bedroom. Beautiful lake views from window and lanai. Access to fitness facilities included at clubhouse which offers numerous activities. Building has elevator if needed. Dedicated covered parking and storage shed directly in front of building.

The property was perfect! Great view from Lanai. Owner Dennis was great to work with. He was quick to respond for anything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was more than we could have expected. The community has 24 hour gate security making you feel safe at all times, especially when Roxy was in charge. The condo itself was well maintained and provided everything you could possibly need from bedding, cooking supplies, and furniture. The location of the condo is convenient as well considering you could be at either Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island within 10-15 minutes easily. Made our extended stay in Fort Myers very enjoyable! Would recommend to anyone.

Great property, great host, great location. Recently remodeled and updated. All the amenities were great and well appointed. Everyone very friendly and one night an owner played the guitar in the courtyard and everyone enjoyed cocktails while listening

Beautiful condo
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was in a beautiful location, very well supplied and comfortable. My husband enjoyed the pickleball courts and I especially liked the pool and hot tub. The people in the building were very welcoming & friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very friendly Gated Community. Beautiful view from this Ground level unit on the small lake with fish, turtles, ducks and Egrets. Several Pools within a short walk of unit can be used. We enjoyed the one at the clubhouse. It sits on the lake and has very nice restrooms. Can also exchange or check out books there. Club House is closed. due to Covid-19. Unit is fully equipped for making meals. There are a couple of folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a small cooler you can use to go to Fort Myers Beach which is a short 3 miles away. You can get there by UBER for $9-11 each way or take the bus that picks up not far from community gate for a couple of $ bucks. Walking distance to Publix Market, Love Boat Ice Cream, a few restaurants, liquor store, etc. It is a great location! Owner of unit was easy to communicate with and left excellent instructions so we never had any issues and never got locked out. Would definitely stay again.

This unit has a great view and is close to the pool and clubhouse. The owner was extremely helpful in answering any questions.

Just A Little Bit Of Heaven
The owner was very responsive with our needs. The condos kitchen is very well equipped. Having TVs in both bedrooms was a plus. The Lakeview upon entering was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, we didn't want to leave. Above all everyone you encountered we're so very friendly. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Thee condo was well above our expectations. Everything we needed was provided. Unit was immaculate with all furnishings in great condition. Pool was directly across the parking lot. Everyone we met was very nice to us. A very short walk to the clubhouse.. We have already booked it again.
