Situated in Yallingup, this lovely house for $301 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Superbly quiet 5 acre bush location. The property is only 10 minutes to Dunsborough for shopping, major wineries and Yallingup and Smith Beach World Famous Surf Breaks. The pet friendly option allows you bring your beloved fur family member with you 3 double bedrooms: Main: 1 x queen bed,1 x single bed 2nd Bedroom: 1 x queen bed, 1 x single bed 3rd Bedroom: 1 x queen Large outdoor entertaining area with 2 outdoor dining areas & BBQ. House is close to galleries, wineries, world class surf breaks,10 ins from Dunsborough. Very secluded, quiet & tranquil location, Plenty of parking for boats and extra cars. House can accommodate 10 persons Please Note: You will be sharing the property with the caretaker. The lodging is located on the property separate and to the rear of the house. There is also a studio on the property which may occassionally have guests staying there. Terms and Conditions NO SCHOOLIES NO LARGE PARTIES : If we suspect that a group booking the property will be hosting a party, we reserve the right to be present at check in, If we feel that the house will be the venue for a gathering of a large group the booking will be cancelled immediately with NO REFUND. This is not a party house LINEN OPTIONAL We can supply linen or clients can bring their own sheets, pillowcases, and towels Doonas & Pillows are provided Payment Requirements: Deposit of $500 is required within 1 week of confirmation to secure booking. Final Payment is due 1 month Prior to check in Cancellation policy : Every endeavour is made to re book the time cancelled, but if this is not possible your deposit is forfeited. If the time is rebooked by another client, your deposit is refunded in full (less a $ 50 cancellation fee ). Also if the new booking rate has to be discounted then the shortfall is deducted from the deposit. Notification of cancellation must be recieved at least 30 days prior to your booking. PETS ARE WELCOME

The house needs a good deep clean and tidy up. There is also otter dwellings on the property that are very close so certainly don’t feel like it’s private. Mattresses need changing also.

Our stay was disappointing due to the reasons below without our concerns being addressed by the owner. - Severe black mould in the bathrooms - Oven and microwave were left soiled with food scraps in - Cockroach/rat droppings on window sills - AC was left on without a way to turn it off (the remote was faulty and new batteries didn't fix it) - Thick build-up of dust and grime everywhere - No dishwashing liquid or washing machine powder - Lockbox broken - Missing towels

Lovely quiet bush property close to wineries and other attractions. Very spacious and comfortable inside. Not mentioned but includes a secure dog run in the yard. Highly recommended.

Property is in a great location with easy access to all local attractions.. Our family from the UK loved seeing all the wildlife and kangaroos each day in the garden. Not quite as isolated as I was expecting, caretake lives on-site and only told of this the day before arrival. Feel this should be mentioned at time of booking. A well equipped house, a coffee machine would be a welcome addition! Also could do with a tumble dryer for the autumn time when it’s not sunny enough to dry everything outside and not cool enough to light the fire to help. With children there’s always washing! Kids loved exploring the grounds and was a great place for the Easter hunt!

A super location nestled in the trees - making it the perfect place for a peaceful holiday. The home was very comfortable with everything we needed. Thank you! We are all feeling wonderfully recharged now!

We had a great stay. The property suited our needs perfectly with 6 adults, one baby and a dog. The kitchen is really well equipped and we were really pleased to find a high chair for our baby. Thanks!

Fully equipped with everything that you could want for a family holiday. Set in a quiet cul de sac in the bush with great bird life, but still close to the main attractions.

Property was not cleaned when we arrived. Property was unlocked, dirty linen on couch , floors were covered in dirt, dirty dishes in dishwasher and in sink. Leaves everywhere in the backyard. Rang the owner she apologised - waited an hour for the cleaner to come she arrived made the beds had a panic attack and then had to leave ! She did not even vacume. Their were other people staying in the shed on the property which I should’ve been made aware of prior to booking. Not all doors locked on the property they rang a locksmith. No chux, bin bags, dishwasher tablets. It was absolutely disgusting how much money we paid and what we got. I would like a refund because this ruined my holiday with my friends !! Or at the very least a half my money back !!

The property is very spacious but still homely. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had anything you could possibly need. The grounds are beautiful and the dogs had a ball!

We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped property, it was so peaceful! When we got there it was nice and warm with the combustion fire already going. We can’t wait to go back!

Peaceful surroundings - plenty of room - comfortable beds - wifi -it had everything we needed - but glad we brought our own coffee machine! That could be a welcome addition to this Retreat.
