LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in the desirable community of Virginia Trace. You can walk to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square where you will find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and FREE live entertainment every night of the year. Arnold Palmer Country Club is about a half mile and offers Championship golf, pro shop and a very popular restaurant open for lunch and dinner. Virginia Trace Neighborhood Recreation Center is within walking distance if you are looking to spend an afternoon pool side. If you are looking for activities Canal Street Recreation Center is a quick walk down the street. Here you will find a billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis and pickle ball courts and so much more. Lake Miona Regional Recreation Center is less than a mile away and has many of the same activities as Canal Street. You’ll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. The home is beautifully decorated with an open floor plan and relaxing feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The dining room has comfortable seating for 6. The living room offers plenty of seating and a flat screen TV for you to enjoy. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and furniture. It has a large walk-in closet and a private master bath with walk-in shower. All bedrooms come with linens and bathrooms with towels. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom is set up with a queen bed and matching furniture. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed/single bed bunk. Of course, there is the charming screened in lanai which is set up with a table for 4 making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper or planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to the Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. The home comes complete with WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards, you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no green fees. And these executive courses are not your typical “pitch and put” courses. They present some challenging par 3’s and the occasional par 4 with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on green fees at the 11 Championship courses. You’re also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, boccie ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

We loved being able to walk to the square or golf cart to nearby activities. The property was just as described and had a large kitchen which was great. Would stay here again on a future visit.

The house was everything we were looking for. Everything was well organized and very clean. The area is close to all the stores and restaurants. We enjoyed every day we were there. The owner was very helpful with all my questions. I would truly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this home! It was exactly as described, very easy to check in and out of, very clean, and had everything that we needed for our stay. It was so convenient being close (but not too close) to one of the main roads and walking distance to the square. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area.

Everything went smoothly. The house was exactly what we needed. The owner is very pleasant and enjoyable to work with. We had trouble with the TV and he called us on a holiday to resolve. Very responsive.

We are trying to decide if we want to spend some of our retirement at the Villages. This was the 2nd time we visited. Really enjoyed our stay. The rental was adequate for our needs. We did have a problem with the tv & Steve responded quickly. We loved how close we were to Lake Sumter square. We walked there everyday.

We enjoyed this home and all its amenities. It was located close to a pool, a park and numerous restaurants. It was also close to Lady Lake which is where family we were visiting lived.

From New Zealand we knew nothing about the Villages and it was with some luck that we booked this very comfortable villa close to Sumter Landing which is a 15 minute walk away. We found the owner to be very obliging and helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the house with 5 adults and were extremely happy with our choice. The house was better than expected, clean and in a great location for our family reunion. It’s the perfect house for 2 couples. We enjoyed walking in the mornings to Sumpter Landing.

My wife and three adult children visited my mother, who lives in The Villages over Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for what we needed, it was clean and spacious. The photos were authentic and the hosts instructions and availability were excellent. Easy 15 min walk to Lake Sumpter Landing.

The property was very clean, very well maintained. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt on the small number of occasions when we had questions. This is a jog or stroll from the shopping at Sumter Landing, a quick drive from the grocery store. We were very comfortable and very pleased.

We were very pleased with our rental. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. It surpassed our expectations. Steven, the caretaker was very helpful and wanted to make sure we had all our needs meet. He was very informative and provided excellent instructions. We highly recommend this unit as a rental and would rent it again.
