The house is located in a private street of a safe residential area, you can park on the main street there is plenty of space to park even more than one car, also there is the possibility to get directly to the gate for loading / unloading. The following facilities are available just 200 meters from the villa: supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar and a bus stop to get to Cagliari - Sardinia capital city (20 min travel) with the best shops, or on the opposite direction to get to Villasimius in the same 20 min. There are a pharmacy and a post office 2 km from the villa, and only in 500 meters a port, where you can rent a yacht or a boat, or take an excursion and diving. Water Park is about 15 min by car.
