Enjoyable and Convenient. Sorry that was 2 words.

It was very nice and still looking like it's a new building. Oh, I don't remember that they had 2 hotels in one, which I thought was different.

I can understand that Covid has changed things but I feel it should have gone back to housekeeping daily.

Établissement ne correspondant pas à nos attentes.

Le parking gratuit. Les installations, literie, chambre, confortable.

Une des chambres sentait fortement la cigarette alors que l'hôtel est non fumeur. Il ne nous a pas été proposé un changement de chambre, mais un traitement par spray. Le petit déjeuner très moyen, les employés peu sympathiques qui ferment tout en 5 mn à l'heure de fin du service, L'hôtellerie est justement un service, un peu de souplesse et de professionnalisme ne gâche rien. Le personnel peu sympathique y compris a l'accueil. Le prix astronomique, compte tenu de mes remarques : on est à 25 km de Boston, pas dans le centre, la demande est forte, d'accord, mais rien ne justifie un tel prix aux regard des prestations.

Comfy beds, good location but entrance somewhat hidden

First and foremost management was borderline hostile, rude and tried to gaslight us. Arrived to find the toilet seat detached from toilet. Called front desk- manager on duty was rude- but sent someone up. Nice young man fixed toilet. We went to dinner came back and noticed, under the bowl of the toilet,what appeared to be dried-on feces. Called front desk. Rude manager again, said he call back. He called back no one was available to clean the toilet- fair enough- and we could have a new room. This was offered begrudgingly and without apology. We go down to desk and get new key, from a visibly hostile manager, go up to the new room and before we can even put our key in the door, dogs start barking from the room across the floor. Nope! We go back down stairs, report the dogs and the manager says, “there isn’t even anyone in that room”. We go back upstairs video the sound of barking dogs, proceed back to front desk show the video to the thoroughly disinterested manager who gives us another room key. We hop into the bed-comfy!- and realize we don’t have a comforter. Just what appears to be a mattress cover. We go to sleep under that. In the morning we discover at the foot of the bed a duvet cover which I guess was supposed to have been put on the “mattress cover” but housekeeping never got around to it. Kind of wondering if we slept in an unchanged bed. Ick. Still no apology and presented with a full bill no compensation for horrible service and having to move twice. Cannot recommend this property.

It's was fairly clean and comfortable over all.

Location was close to a lot of things

Could have been a little cleaner finger prints all Over doors and crumbs left on rug. Closet door was locked couldn't be open, that was odd. Shower leaked outside into floor had to lay a few towels down but still splatter further.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel within driving distance to many destinations

All of the staff at the front desk were super friendly, especially Alex. He suggested a couple of places for us to visit in Salem that we really enjoyed. The personalized welcome on the TV in the room was a very nice touch!

Breakfast was a disappointment. The only eggs available had ham in them. Neither of us eat ham. Sunday morning there was no bacon, only ham. I ended up having yogurt, but it was not very cold. On either day. We went to Dunkin' Donuts on our way to Salem. Also there is limited seating available

Very disappointed! I have stayed at other Hiltons and never treated this way!

It was nice location, the hotel was clean. The person on my 1st day said that she would book me in for the next day. The 2nd day the woman said no she didn’t and I had to find somewhere else! I explained that my husband had critical surgery and was in the Critical ICU. She stated she couldn’t help me! Even though the woman before said she extended my stay! My daughter had to rush to find me a hotel! I’m furious! By the way, there were cut toe nails on the carpet! My service dog found one apparently the carpet was NOT vacuumed!

There was a piece of metal sticking up on the grass and I tripped and fell, it cut my angle badly. This same woman said she would get me a bandaid she never did I had to request it when I came back in! There are man My small pieces of metal sticking up which is dangerous, I am handicapped and it should of been taken care of!

We enjoyed this hotel overall. We would stay here again.

It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location felt safe. The breakfast was good.

I was very comfortable, facilites kept up , pool was great

clean, felt very homely The staff was great

There was a breakfast attendant that was constantly in guests way, as we were attempting to get our breakfast from the buffet area. I understand that she was attempting to pay attention to replenishing food, however, she was aggressively moving guests out of her way . I think she needs more trading in appropriately tending to the food buffet , and not making gusta feel as there in her way

Good location with ample parking. Clean spacious rooms.

location was excellent as was the cleanliness and the room.

Breakfast was OK but why use plastic cutlery? Such a lot of waste and it spoils the eating experience!
