This is the cutest cabin! Would love to have been there in warmer weather so we could enjoy the wonderful screened porch. So cozy!

We really enjoyed our trip to this cabin. The property is very nice and cabin cozy. The only piece of information I'd like to share is in regard to bringing your pet. We searched out a dog friendly rental and this one fit the bill. The only unfortunate part is there are instructions that you are not to leave your pet alone in the cabin (or any room) at any time with pretty stern legal language. If that was listed on the VRBO website we would not have rented the unit. Our dog is 9 years old and really wants to just sleep and hang out. We were planning a get together with my mom for a few hours in Eugene while down (we're from PDX). Due to that we cancelled the visit and could not go on hikes or to the hot springs as he's too old to want to join. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars (we've rented many dog friendly homes and this is the first time we've run into this). Other than that, it was a great place to stay and I highly recommend.

My partner and I came here for the first time to celebrate our anniversary and this place did not disappoint. The cabin was very clean and had plenty of amenities within to use during our stay. Our hosts allowed us a late check out so we could enjoy our last day there just a little while longer. Overall would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to have tranquility and scenic views.

We loved the property. Even in the rain it was great. The front porch would be great any time of the year or in any kind of weather. We were there in October. The cabin was comfortable for three adults. Might be a little crowded for more than three. The kitchen thought small was convenient, Nice to know there was no oven before booking so we could plan. It wasn't a problem but would have been nice to know up front that there was no onsite parking. We had a great time and would come again.

Cabin was cool even though it was 96F outside. You can see and hear the McKenzie River across a large lawn about 250’ away. Nice setting!

As a 90 year old Oregonian, I found it beautiful, peaceful and restful. After five days we found it hard to leave.

The property was lovely and very well kept.
The cabin was roomy, well stocked, clean, cozy and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again. The fireplace and screened porch made for a really special experience.
There's even a dishwasher which is super nice for a cabin!
The only issues significant enough to mention were that the bed was sagging and squeaky and the fridge was quite noisy. Both interfered with sleep. Which obviously is important on vacation.

Beautiful cabin nestled amongst the trees and the sounds of the river echoing throughout. Perfect place with great and accommodating hosts. We will be back for sure!

We loved this charming little cabin!
There are wonderful little window niches for the dining table and a full size bed in the living area. The covered porch with a view of the river across the community lawn was wonderful also. It was very quiet when we were there. This cabin is far enough away from the road to not hear it over the river. We hope to come back!

We had a lovely time staying at the McKenzie Bridge cabin. The cabins are nestled along the river with a walking path and open fields. The grounds are shared community space. There was a dusting of snow on the ground. Our dog loved it!
We stayed here due to it’s close proximity to the hot springs. These made for great day trips. We were also hoping to do waterfall hikes, but there was way more snow then we expected. If you plan on hiking during spring break, bring your snow shoes…just in case.
The kitchenette is well equipped with a two burner stove and a grill outside. There is no oven. Lots of spices, however, surprisingly there was no salt and pepper.
The hosts were attentive with any questions that came up. We even extended our trip by one night which was super easy to do.
All in all a lovely staycation over spring break!!!

My sisters and I wanted a pretty place to stay with a porch and some things to do around the area. This fit the bill perfectly. Took a hike on the trail one day and visited the hot springs the next. Highly recommend. Beautiful surroundings, lovely sunset, nice accommodations.

What a lovely little cabin! There are so many little touches that we appreciated from the beautiful wood paneled walls to the Pendleton blanket hanging behind the bed. As other reviewers have mentioned, the kitchen area is very small with the microwave mounted above the refrigerator. It, and the upper cabinets, might be a challenge for the "height impaired". However, there is a nifty chair that turns into a step-stool in the bedroom.
The river can be seen across a grassy "meadow" area from the comfort of lounge-like chairs on the screened in porch. Delightful! We enjoyed just sitting and enjoying the surroundings.
One codicil for those who have a problem with stairs, be advised there are 8 steps up to get inside the front door.

This is a lovely, peaceful setting.
Our only complaint was one out of two burners did not work. The cook top only has two burners so it was kind of a big deal.
It is a wonderful place for a get away.

Immaculate Cabin/Awesome Location
We highly recommend this beautiful cabin for a getaway for two. The cabin is high quality, we'll stocked, and very clean. The grounds are lush.
The only caution we would offer is do not assume you can purchase groceries at the nearby general store. Bring them with you.
The store does have a nice snack bar and draught beer selection. Also, although the store and restaurant are walking distance, it requires you walk along the highway. We didn't feel safe doing that.

What a wonderful stay we had at this cabin. We were in town for a wedding at Loloma Lodge just up the street a bit. After seeing the cabins at Laloma (family members stayed there) we were so pleased we booked here instead. The unit features, beautiful grounds and cozy gas fireplace was exactly what we were looking for. Host was very responsive and clear in their communications. We’ll definitely be back.

Excellent Experience
Our stay could not have been any better. The cabin was tastefully appointed and very clean. The cluster of cabins is centrally located to access all the McKenzie River area has to offer, and there are two great restaurants within walking distance of the cabin,
