New Flooring Throughout the home, Spacious Bedrooms. Vacation a block away from The Ocean! This home is situated less than one block from the World-Famous Atlantic City board walk, Historic Gardner's Basin where you will find the Atlantic City Aquarium where there is stingray feeding daily. Dining options at Back Bay Ale House, Kelsey’s Kitchen and enjoy breakfast or lunch in one of the most relaxing places in the city at Gilchrist! We are also a short block walk to an ice cream shop and convenient store. Park your car and ride the bicycles we provide for our guests. You can also walk to casinos, steel peer amusement park for kids, Atlantic City Aquarium, the inlet beach, the ocean beach (all within a 5 to 15 minute walk). In the mood for shopping at the outlets? Catch the Jitney which stops in front of the house! The Jitney stops at the shopping outlets and all casinos. We’ve stocked the home with everything your family and friends need to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing and carefree stay. In the kitchen you will find pots, pans, utensils, glass wear, bowls, plates, toaster, blender, Keurig, tea kettle, panini maker, dishwasher and microwave. We also supply linens, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. We provide bikes to ride along the boardwalk, beach chairs, chair canopies, umbrellas, beach cart, and a grill for your use. Just bring your beach towel and bathing suit, we have the rest! There is a one car parking spot in driveway and plenty of overnight parking spaces are available permitted on New Hampshire Ave. in front of property. No parking permit is needed. The house is well appointed with lots amenities. If you can think of it, it’s probably there. The kitchen even had an ice maker and air fryer. I didn’t expect that. Good location with a very short walk to the boardwalk and walking distance to some of the casinos. The host is very pleasant made everything very easy for us.

AC a tough little city and this nugget of a neighborhood was a decent corner of town for stay required in AC. I was a little disappointed to learn that the water in the view that was advertised was not actually water that you can swim in (like a beach) but just the inlet. I felt a little deceived by that, but the place is super clean, beds are comfy (a big one) and space is airy and relaxing. There are basically no instructions on the vrbo app regarding your stay and it's all on lamenated sheets within the house, which is fine but a bit unusual these days. If I find myself having to go to AC again I would definitely re-stay there.

Had a nice stay in Atlantic City this week. Property is as advertised. Walked to the beach daily. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart all provided. 5 bikes to use. Kitchen well stocked- everything we needed for our vacation. Thanks Tammy!

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Very roomy, clean, and had everything we could possibly need. The outdoor shower, outdoor garage seating, and views from the bay windows were the highlights that made this property exceptional.

Property was great and manager was lovely. We stayed for a long weekend and found the location to be ideal and home to be perfectly accommodating to our needs. Would stay again if we’re ever in the area again.

Tammy was wonderful to work with! The house was amazing, clean, stocked and equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas & the best part a beach cart to roll all the equipment to the beach. We loved riding Tammy's bikes on the boardwalk in the mornings. The great perk was the location to the beach, boardwalk and casinos. Thanks Tammy! We highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Tammy’s beach house! She was responsive and helpful with an issue we had. Only thing to improve would be better lighting in the garage - nice extra area to hang out in but the lighting was not very bright and with garage door closed you couldn’t see enough to stay down there.

Townhome was perfect for a long girls weekend in Atlantic City! Host was extremely easy to reach and responded to any of our questions within minutes. Space is fully stocked. Only concern would be if anyone has any issues with steps, there are a lot of steps within the house. Would highly recommend this property! We loved it!

Tammy's property was beautiful! Very clean, spacious and all the amenities to make you feel you are at home. The view from both the kitchen and bedroom windows were awesome. The beach was just down the street with free parking it was perfect. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the house and Tammy acted quickly and we were back in the house within an hour. I give Tammy and her property a 10!!!!

My daughter, grandsons and I had a great time at this location. The place had everything, all we needed was clothes and food. Very very clean and great views. Tammy the owner was very kind especially since our stay was a Thursday to Tuesday.

Perfect uptown location for family vacation
This is the second time we've stayed here and loved it just as much. Super convenient to the boardwalk and the quieter uptown beaches. We like having the well-equipped kitchen for extended family meals and snacks, and appreciate the extra fridge in the garage/basement for drinks. Tammy provides great extra amenities like bicycles and a rolling beach tote, which we made use of. Check-in is super easy and communication is quick and comprehensive, although we had no problems and no need for quick communication during our stay!

Great spot for AC Weekend
Place was absolutely great staying at, walking distance to everything, especially the beach! Had relaxing and fun time for our bachelor party weekend. Would definitely recommend to friends!

Great Getaway
Clean, quiet, comfortable. Plenty of room to find that perfect spot for relaxing. Ocean view while having your morning coffee. Fun toys in the basement for summer. Your host has thought of everything, just bring your food.

This place was a perfect for a quick getaway in AC! Home was very spacious, stocked, great views of the water, and very clean! Tammy was extremely friendly and quick to respond! The only down fall which had happened was someone who stayed prior must have had some fruit left in the kitchen because there were a lot of fruit flies upon our arrival but Tammy was quick to respond and sent a video and also had a bottle of cider vinegar left at our front door to help to get rid of the fruit flies! I would recommend this home and would book again in the future!

Great summer getaway!
A beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood close to the boardwalk. We stayed at this relaxing home to be close to the beach and still be close enough to the casinos & restaurants. This charming house is clean, well-equipped an has lots of extras for your stay. Save this one as a favorite!

We didn’t use the bikes, but they were there and available. House the clean and there was plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable. We loved using the garage to hang out and have some adult space, and the extra fridge was a bonus. We will definitely be back if we decide to return to NJ in the future.

Great for extended family
This was perfect for my sister's and my family to share, and to host other family members and friends who were in AC the same week. We cook together a lot and are in the habit of bringing our own knives, cutting boards, and dishtowels when we travel, so it was a great surprise to find all of those and more in this well-stocked kitchen. The garage also has been fitted out with sofas so it felt more like a basement, or a covered patio with the garage door open. The boardwalk, park and playground, Gardener's Basin and Aquarium (which unfortunately has not yet reopened), and Absecon Lighthouse are all super easy to walk to. We appreciated the beach umbrellas and chairs provided on our visits to the beach, just a short drive away. Contactless check-in and check-out worked perfectly. Tammy was super helpful in sorting out a small snafu with our booking early on and was responsive throughout. We definitely hope to stay here again!

The place was clean and had all the amenities for the bachelorette group! Check in was a simple process and the host was responsive and even was able to let us check out a little later.

Family Experience
We loved it!!! Close walking distance to restaurants. We ordered in two nights cause we were so exhausted from walking down the boardwalk and back. The beach was great we used the cart at the house and loaded it with the chairs and the kids sand toys. We also utilized the bikes to ride down the boardwalk. Definitely do this again!!! Thanks Tammy for all your help and got the refrigerator repaired for us so timely.....

BEST Place for Atlantic City beach stay!!
My family stayed a week in AC-looking for beach/sun/fun where we could relax, be close to the excitement, but have the quietness of home. This home FAR-EXCEEDS that expectation! 😊� We walked up 25 yards to the AC Board Walk, went left or right, and the beach was right there! Couldn't be happier! Your gracious host, Tammy, provides EVERY amenity that you could think of! She is not kidding when she lists her home is stocked! (we ate in breakfast/some suppers and didn't need to bring any kitchen amenities/pots/plates/etc.) All bedrooms have super-comfy beds, more-than-enough hot water, beautiful layout throughout the home, and space to spread out for privacy, or be close and enjoy each other's company! Home even comes with BIKES! My daughters and i went out every night on the WELL-LIT board walk for a ride down to the beaches and amusement area at the casinos... so great being right on the beach!
Tammy was fantastic!! from booking, ensuring we made it in fine, and checking to make sure we had all we needed!
My kids are still talking about how beautiful Tammy's home was... and can't wait to return!
Trust me... you will be SO GLAD you booked your stay at this beautiful home any time of the year! (Summer though is my fav 😊� )
