Great location and well presented house.

Great new house with excellent styling and well stocked kitchen and great large bathroom. Good heating, lounges etc.

Some suggested improvements -dimmers in lounge lights, add side tables, extra towels and a dryer would help in winter.

Exceptional.

What a magical place to stay. Everything one needs and a perfect view of the Hazards and harbour. Short walks to the bay in many directions to take in the breathtaking sunsets and sunrise shining on the bay and mountains of Freycinet. The accommodation was perfect - clean, comfortable and modern. Exceptional!

May be a handrail or a line of paint to make people aware of the possibility of falling off the ramp.

Although the house was great it was t most frustrating experience of a holiday stay I have ever had.

Great location and roomy modern and clean house. The house was very close to the jetty where the cruise left from. Shower was great and deck had a lovely view and a great gas BBQ. The location was quiet and peaceful..

Firstly, the code sent to get the keys from the security box was incorrect. When we rang the after hours number (multiple, multiple times) it was not answered. We emailed for help as the phone was not being answered but there was never a reply. We kept ringing and emailing for about an hour while we contemplated not having a place to stay. Finally, the across the road neighbor came over to help us. She tried to find the owner but was unsuccessful. She drove us to the owner's house, and we found some cleaners there. They made some calls and eventually we found another cleaner who knew the code. We finally got in about 7 pm after a very worrying few hours. Then, although the advertisement had said there was WiFI available at the house this was not the case. The Wi-Fi and internet didn't work at all for the whole 2 days of our stay and I needed this internet to chase up further arrangements for our holiday. Most of these issues I realize were probably the fault of the booking agent and not the owner but the internet was falsely advertised.

Great Location

Location and spectacular views. Property had excellent amenities, everything you could ask for.

Great spot would recommend

Liked everything. Booked 2 nights but only stayed one as had to leave early on Sat as my sister took ill on Fri night and was ambulanced back to Hobart.

Prime location, bay views and excellent service!

The location was a few steps from city centre. The place was pristinely clean and the service was prompt and kind. Definitely recommend!

We couldn’t access Netflix on the TV😕

Views from the house are excellent and good location

Lack of blind or curtain at front door and sliding door to deck for more privacy. WIFI very poor no biggie as on holiday but handy to access Netflix etc when required

Location, view and brightness of unit. An enjoyable stay.

Mirror behind bedroom doors would help and 2 towels per person not one.

Passable but I wouldn’t stay again.

Good location/view, Comfy bed, Clean but very basic place.

Don’t stay here if you want/need wifi. Even though the description/listing notes it, it didn’t work at all the first day/night and second night it was less than 10mbps and couldn’t even stream an episode on our devices/episodes. We tried to get help from the property manager both days who were polite but didn’t seem to help. Also very basic place with lack of privacy with one area with no curtains, and no privacy on front door. This is a big deal because the bedroom and bathroom are at opposite ends, and you can’t walk through the house without feeling like neighbours can see in. Also similar to other reviews all lights are either on or off, no lamps, decorations or homely items.

No dryer, no tissue!!!, not enough tv channels , could do with some fox channels. Otherwise, night time is quite boring

Superb

Lovely and modern, fantastic water views, comfortable bed and lounge furniture. Perfect location , 200 metres to boat cruise dock, less than 100 to general store and excellent cafe/restaurant.

The one and only criticism was that despite the property having a modern washing machine, there was no clothes dryer. There was rain at various times, which made drying washing difficult if it was left outside as we did. Apart from that, absolutely loved it.

We really enjoyed it.

It was very comfortable with a great view. WE were able to walk down to the beach and have ice creams on the way back. We had a relaxing couple of days.
