Nestled in Holly Hill, this charming house for $195 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. **** Resort Pools and Sea Wall Reconstruction Updated as of August 1 2023**** The resort experienced damage to the pool deck, Tiki Bar, pools and sea wall during Hurricanes Ian and Nicole in November of 2022. At this time, the indoor pools, indoor jacuzzis, and the north outdoor pool and deck area have been CLOSED by the resort management until further notice. The south pool, children’s pool and tiki bar are still all undergoing repairs and renovations and are also CLOSED. Access to the beaches is open on the north side of the resort and there are no issues enjoying the beaches. The parking garage is also undergoing renovation (not related to the storm) and are also CLOSED. There is parking available for guests on the surface lot just in front of the hotel (lobby entrance) and a secondary lot adjacent to the hotel. We are reimbursing guests for parking / share rides at Ocean Walk in the event there are issues with parking at the resort (usually this is only during peak season events). There are also some additional renovations and construction on the facility premises that may result in noise from the work at times. This will last through end of 2023. My adult son and I went on a short trip to the Daytona Beach area. This unit was perfect for our stay! It was just off Daytona Beach which meant it was a bit less crowded. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shopping and minutes drive distance to all things Daytona Beach. From our balcony we were able to see both the beach and the main drag. The space was equipped with everything we needed including boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The space was clean and the resort was awesome with an arcade, two swimming pools, an outside bar, and access to a less occupied part of the beach. It was perfect! I would highly recommend this space.

Excellent stay. The property was in the process of doing updates so the parking garage was closed. The unit was great however the building had a few issues. Hopefully they get them resolved soon.

Great property and great location, great owners as well, but the hotel that is connected to condo not so great! The hotel staff front desk were horrible and rude. Thankfully I was able to contact the condo owner even though it was midnight and they were very helpful and got us checked in.

We absolutely loved this property. They had everything we needed and then some. The bathroom was fully equipped with hair products and pretty much anything you would need as well as the entire home. The only thing we had to buy were groceries. Super easy beach access with plenty of amenities. We didn't have to leave the condo 1 time and you can walk to the grocery. Plus the owners were fabulous and stayed in constant communication with us. I highly recommend and would definitely come back in the future.

This unit was AWESOME. It’s just what a small family or a few friends need. The beds and the sofa were so comfortable. The unit had anything and everything you could possibly need. Because we traveled 16 hours (road delay and accidents) with 3 adults and 3 kids, we didn’t have room for beach chairs and toys. That’s ok though, because those items were in the nit for us to use. There was also laundry pods and other things that we forgot to buy when we went to the grocery. The owners were very nice to talk to and prompt when we had a question. They even followed up with us later. The location is spot on. The beach is literally right outside the condo. There wasn’t a crowd and no trash on the beach. Food in the area was outstanding. My only complaint is that I didn’t stay longer. Thumbs up.

Outstanding views from balcony. Several restaurants within walking distance. We never had to wait long for an elevator. Checking in and out was very easy. Comfortable beds. Parking is close to elevators. Grocery store across the street. Can't think of anything negative about this condo. We'll try to stay here our next Daytona Beach visit!

Property was exactly as expected. They included the little things that really made a difference. We couldn’t find potholders so we bought some to match the color scheme and left them for future guests. Would definitely book this place again!

At home!

Absolutely an inviting experience that felt like home. Although we live and usually vacation in our home state as much as possible, this was my wife's favorite to date. It has inspired her to live a condo life upon retirement. We will be inquiring about any other properties in other beach cities from these owners in the near future. I personally feel comparatively this property was under priced for the memories we endured. Location was perfect to be in or out of any and everything we wanted to be involved in.
