45 Hillside Cres Beach House What more could you need in a holiday home - Spacious 3 bedroom house with two separate living areas, pet-friendly with a fully fenced backyard and a huge open deck with Bbq to enjoy the cracking ocean views out to Montague Island! - Single lock up garage. - Fully fenced backyard. - Dishwasher. - Boat parking. - Pet friendly - Supervised pets are welcome inside. - Wifi & smart tv provided - own netflix login is required. Wi-Fi is available however we cannot guarantee the speed or functioning at the time of your booking. Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade. Note: As per our terms and conditions, we require the Online Checkin / Guest Registration Form to be completed and returned prior to your arrival. Please note - the online check-in will ask you to provide a copy of your credit card, drivers licence, this is for security purposes only and is a requirement for booking our properties. Additional terms - Pet Friendly 1) Tenants must ensure they clean up after their dog prior to departure. (Otherwise excess cleaning fees will apply) 2) Local rules about dogs on beaches must be adhered to. 3) Dogs must be under the owners control at all times, must be kept confined in the backyard when not on a lead, must not be allowed to roam the streets, and must not disturb the neighbours. 4) Guests are fully responsible for the safety of their dog and no liability can be accepted for any misadventure (including as a result of inadequate fencing or escape from yard) Failure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Hillside Crescent! The property was perfect for what we needed- huge bedrooms and separate living areas for a bit of practicality so our baby didn’t wake everyone else up. And so close to the beach where our dogs could have a good run around! The only shame was that the oven wasn’t working, but apart from that, we couldn’t fault our stay! Would definitely love to stay there again!

This is an amazing property with panoramic views of the ocean. The kitchen and entertaining areas of the house are very comfortable and provide everything you need. The yard is dog proof and has a doggy door suitable for small dogs. The beds are aged and we found to be uncomfortable. Overall it was a great house but would be awesome if the beds were updated.

. Beautiful views from the upper level of the house, even from the kitchen! Although the windows weren’t clean enough to see them clearly. The rest of the house was clean and tidy and had all the basics.HUGE bedrooms. The small single garage(shed) being inaccessible by a 4WD and trailer plus the leaking gutter pouring water all over the deck and entry steps made things challenging in the wet weather. Despite this we enjoyed our holiday. So many things to do and see in this area!

Perfect!
Great location, great spacious property.
Road was a little tight if you had a boat as the driveway was too steep to put the trailer up but we made it work.
Definitely recommended for families.

Great whale watching house!
We had a ball watching whales from the gorgeous front deck. Kianga South Beach is sublime. Anton’s Cafe opposite has great coffee & snacks. What more could you ask for??
