Sehr freundlich

Die Leute waren superfreundlich und hilfsbereit und haben vieles wettgemacht. Das Früchstück war sehr nett angerichtet und reichhaltig - das Brot sehr lecker. Die Dusche war zwar winzig aber hatte Fussbodenheizung und funktionierte.

Das Bett war viel zu schmal - wir sind zwei Leute - das Bett war ausreichend für eine Person. Die Beleuchtung am Bett war zum Lesen wenig geeignet. Die Lampe auf einer Bettseite stand auf einem Tisch, der wohl der Schreibtisch sein sollte. Auf der anderen Bettseite gab es ein Minitischchen, das durfte man nicht anschauen dann viel der Deckel runter. Der Flat Screen hing links vom Bett an der Wand und war leider sehr schlecht zu sehen. Es gab eine steile und schmale Treppe in die erste Etage - Gottseidank hat man uns am Anreisetag mit den Koffern geholfen. Um 16:00 Uhr wurde das angeschlossene Cafe geschlossen - im ganzen Ort Henningswaer waren alle Lokale geschlossen ab 16:00h - man musste die ca 25 Kilometer bis Svolvaer fahren um etwas zum Essen zu bekommen. Uns war das nicht bewusst, als wir das gebucht haben. An unserem Anreisetag war man jedoch so freundlich und hat uns noch Essen im angeschlossenen Cafe gekocht - ausserhalb der Öffnungszeit. Dafür waren wir sehr dankbar - da wir an diesem Tag von Tromso bis Henningsvaer gefahren sind, ziemlich müde waren und mit der Situation nicht vertraut. Die Strasse nach Hennigsvaer ist auf den letzten 5,5 km schmal - teilweise zu schmal und man muss achtgeben und die Ausweichstellen (M) nutzen. War hatten fast jeden Spätnachmittag Schnee und haben zum Teil die Strasse nicht mehr erkennen können.

Un séjour chaleureux et confortable avec un excellent petit déjeuner dans un jolie village .

Très bien situé au cœur du village de Henningsvær, Accueil convivial et chaleureux. Les chambres sont propres avec tous les équipements : sèche-cheveux, frigo, TV, bouilloire, serviettes de bain, savons de la marque Rituals. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et copieux. Je vous recommande ce logement.

Comfortable stay.

The location is good! The bus stop is just next to the guesthouse. The instruction to enter the guesthouse was very clear. Room and bathroom were both heated. Breakfast was wonderful!! 👍

Veldig bra overnatting for deg som vil bo sentralt i Henningsvær!

Stort, fint rom. Bra beliggenhet. Svært hyggelig personale. Nydelig frokost!

I likhet med veldig mange overnattingssteder er fall mot sluk ikke-eksisterende så det blir vått overalt.

A great stay at Henningsvaer

We were in a room with great views towards the village plaza. The room was spacious, with sofa, dining table, but the bed was a little narrow. It was clean, quiet and reasonably comfortable. There were power points on both sides of the bed, with little tables. The bathroom was well equipped with thermo mixer, good countertop and clothes hooks. The breakfast was really well thought out, with each person getting a basket of breakfast goodies at your table. Good coffee. The staff were all very nice, and even helped us with some laundry. Of course the location was very special and one of the reasons we came all the way north. It was worth it.

The shower stall floor felt slippery like it could be scrubbed. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, just a vent, so steam built up. That's all.

Great location, super breakfast.

Self-checkin was no problem. Received accurate information and was always well informed. Free coffee and tea in the room. We're welcomed with cookies from the bakery below. Breakfast was awesome. Free parking behind the house. Quiet and great location in the middle of town. Possible to explore everything on foot. Everything is done with passion and as a customer it's nice to feel that.

Bed was a little soft, small and little space left and right to get out. But we slept well nevertheless.

Amazing breakfast

Great location, plus parking. Easy late checkin. Comfy bed. clean room. Amazing breakfast and staff is wonderful. We hang out in the cafe in the afternoon waiting for our ferry and staff let us stay until they closed and even gave us free cakes.

Restaurant not open late (must be off Season) bathroom underfloor heating not on. shower flooded the bathroom a bit.

Beautiful guest house in the middle of Henningsvaer. The staff were brilliant, when we mentioned we had to leave early to catch a ferry, they made us up a breakfast to go which was so kind. I'd highly recommend a stay here!

What a beautiful hotel and town across the board. We would stay here again if given the opportunity.

The location was perfect and central to the whole town. The breakfast and lunch were phenomenal and we enjoyed chatting with Maria during our daily breakfasts.

The whole bathroom floor almost gets wet when showering and that's about it. But no big deal as that is typical in Norway accommodations.

Beautiful guesthouse ideally placed in the center of Henningsvær. The breakfast was huge and delicious, and the staff very nice, smiling and helpful. The coffee also proposes delicious drinks and pastries for a little break during the day. I would recommend without any doubt!

alltogether very good value for money, kind staff and good location

brekfast was good, but not exceptional. good choice of hams and cheeses, but I especially liked the fruit bowl. otherwise it was every day the same, a bit of changing only concerning fruit and bread. the staff was eager to prepare extra espresso coffee.

the norwegian system of shower, so every evening I had flood in the bathroom, because the rubber belt under the shower door didn't prevent water from flowing beneath.

Great stay!

This hotel is run by really friendly, nice people, especially the lady who manages breakfast. The free coffee in the delightful cafe during the day is a really nice touch.

I was shocked to see whale offered as a special dish on the menu.
