Na krótki wypad jest okej.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny, kameralny, za to w bliskiej odległości do centrum, portu i plaży. Pokoje ładne, czyste jak na ten standard hotelu.

Niestety dostaliśmy chyba najgorszy pokój z możliwych, nie można było wyjść na balkon ponieważ graniczył z terenem szkoły, było bardzo głośno podczas gdy dzieci wychodziły np. na przerwę, jeżeli będziecie gośćmi tego hotelu i zaproponują Wam pokój 206, to nie bierzcie go, no chyba że nie przeszkadza Wam krzyk bardzo dużej ilości dzieci… do tego śniadania generalnie smaczne, ale codziennie to samo, bardzo mały wybór jedna szynka i jeden ser i generalnie nic ciekawego.

If not the BED BUGS, it would have been a very nice experience

The room is very spacious. Very nice size. There is a cabinet to store clothes. Very nice. The views are great. From the balcony we could see very impressive sights. There is an elevator. It is functional and clean. We did not need to use stair to go to the 4th level (UK 3rd floor). There is a paid parking option. The parking garage is close by. Quite convenient. The breakfast is included. The breakfast is quite simple and light, but it has enough options that allows everyone to assemble an individual food composition in the plate, different each time. Nothing super impressive though, but it's still a nice addition. There were nice convenience facilities, such as a paid safe, swimming pool, restaurant, etc. Our room had a functioning AC. It wasn't the newest, but worked well and cooled down the room to desired levels.

We did not appreciate at all the property has bed bugs. There were distinct signs on the bed, those nasty critters wanted to bite us, and when we returned we had to decontaminate all our travel items. Extremely unpleasant situation - this is the first property we have ever visited that has bed bugs. I will attach a picture at the end of the review. The room service was very reluctant. For example, the bed bug stained sheets were never changed. They were straightened to appear new, however. We could see the same bet bug spots in the same location each time the service personnel "finished". The communication between personnel is poor. We requested more toilet paper. No more toilet paper was ever provided. It seems that the hotel proactively enforces guests to use their bidets. Note: water used costs way much more money than a single extra toilet paper roll. I have contacted the Hotel via official Booking.com channels and encouraged to start the conversation about those problematic points, mentioned above. The Hotel has made a decision to ignore me. Therefore, I intend to allow the whole world to learn about my experience.

Very good

The hotel was in a good location and close to the square. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was also well equipped. The staff were lovely, especially our acquaintance Jürgen. They cooked great in the kitchen, we liked the food and the cocktails were fantastic. We loved fresh orange and apple juice. Also coffe was perfect. Hotel facilities were good, we liked the pool and the place to sunbathe and breakfast on the terrace.

However, for breakfast we would welcome more than three fruits and more vegetables, not just tomatoes. Likewise, milk to flakes.

Absolutely amazing gem of a find. Gracias Es Mitjorn, hasta luego.

What an absolute gem The Mitjorn is. We had room 103, huge wrap around balcony, stunning views of the sea, marina and the pool. Staff were outstanding, nothing too much trouble, shout out to our darling Jurgen, first class hospitality. The coffee and continental was fabulous, plenty to choose from. Our room was large with ample space for clothes, we had a fridge, a hairdryer was provided along with shower products and it was cleaned every day. The bar / breakfast area / terrace was clean, sunny and tasteful. There is a French patisserie next door which you have to try, we had the bread of the day for sarnies which was amazing. It's a 5 minute walk to the strip, 5 minutes to the west end and 20 minutes to the bus station and Lidl!! Book now you will not be disappointed for the price.

The shower in our room ran hot then tepid and then positively boiling but we survived!!!

Highly recommend.

Super clean, staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Although a new toaster might be a good investment. My stay in Ibiza was made enjoyable by all the staff at Es Mitjorn.

Definitely coming back

Perfect start to each day with breakfast - the best part was the freshly squeezed orange juice and barista coffee prepared by very kind staff.

Not easy to park nearby, but it's only a short walk to the big dusty car park near Cafe del Mar. Not very laptop friendly with room furniture.

A great family run hotel

A great place located close enough to the centre of San Antonio. Has excellent facilities and welcoming and friendly team. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay close to San Antonio but want somewhere a bit more chill.

Maybe more selection included in the breakfast.

Lovely hotel, ran by amazing people and so nice to relax!

The staff were so polite and lovely, the views from the room were amazing and the pool, rooms and food / drinks areas were so nice! I would 100% recommend to anyone!

Should be "warned" there is building work going on underneath the hotel and is NOISY!

Hotel room balcony was overlooking the harbour, which was nice. Room was spacious Hotel staff were nice - especially Juergen, the night bar-man/staff, and the lady who served the breakfasts The fact you could actually get a sun lounger around the pool Nice breakfasts Drinks prices reasonable

BEWARE - THERE IS BUILDING WORK GOING ON DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH THIS HOTEL - NOISY When I booked this the day before I stayed, there was no warning on Booking.com that directly underneath the hotel there was building work going on - from 9am until 6pm daily there was the loud noise of cement mixes going, banging, hammering, drilling etc- in other words constant noise. As I was staying there on my own, I was looking forward to a few days peace relaxing around the pool, however, it wasn't to be! This was very disappointing. I did complain to Booking.com whilst I was on holiday there, who said they had sent an email to the manager but he/she did not bother trying to locate me whilst I was there to attempt to apologise or offer any sort of recompense - especially as it cost me £600 for 4 nights, so wasn't particularly cheap. I ended up going to the beach/out for the day from 10am to 5pm every day to get away from the noise & disruption. I would have given the hotel a lot higher score if the manager had actually acknowledged my complaint. I would have not booked this particular hotel if I had known about this building work, as it did spoil my holiday somewhat. Minor points - there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The doors are locked by a 'normal' key, which was quite awkward trying to locate the lock in the dark corridor - the lights were on sensors and only stayed on for a matter of seconds. Once inside you had to put the card in the slot for the electric, however, again, this was quite difficult to manoeuvre in the pitch black, as you had to find the key hole in the dark to lock the door (I didn't have a torch).

Fabulous!

The room was modern and clean with plenty of space. The staff were lovely.

The food menu in the hotel restaurant was very limited so felt we needed to eat out every day but we could easily have bought food and cooked it in our room as the kitchen facilities were great.

We love the Mitjorn and the people who run it (Maria and Santi). it’s friendly, clean and good value. Jurgen is the star of the show, looking after us every evening and providing service that you might find in a 5-star hotel, also a massive thanks to the housekeeping team also! Overall we really do love this place

We booked a room with a pool view via booking.com however on arrival we were given a very small balcony with no view at all. We asked to move and the team did accommodate the request after 2 nights (as soon as there was a room available) However it seemed as if the Booking.com site doesn't let the hotel know that we booked a room with a pool view, as another one of our party was also given a side room with a small balcony with no view. Either that or they just messed up the allocation. The Booking.com confirmation we had clearly showed we should have a pool view, we weren't being difficult, we just wanted what we paid for and had been confirmed to us, however, I am not sure that the hotel was aware we had specifically booked this room and so may be worth making sure your request is noted.

Fab stay!

Es mitjorn, was the perfect hotel for our short stay in Ibiza. The location was great. So close in proximity to beachs, coves, restaurants, clubs etc, but yet far enough not to hear any of the nightlife. The pool was lovely, tapas were delicious and cocktails were just yummmm! Thank you for a great stay.

Amazing hotel , amazing staff and amazing service

Amazing hotel I have stayed here many times in the past . Great to be back. The hotel is spotless , Maria does a fantastic job , Jurgeon is such a lovely , friendly guy . Loans the maid is lovely always so happy and cheerful. I always feel 100% safe staying in this hotel and everyone is so welcoming and friendly. The food is lovely and good music around the pool especially when they play house music. Also when we checked out I did not know I had left my pendent behind and the maid found it and it got returned to me when I was downstairs at the pool. I can not rate this hotel enough and can not wait to come back next year. From Amy & tom

Would recommend this hotel without a doubt and come back anytime.The location was very convenient and the room spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very friendly, super helpful giving us all the info about the island, they covered all of our needs and exceeded our expectations!! Having booked our flight late at night, they offered to keep our stuff in a safe place and when we came back from the beach we got the chance to take a shower before leaving to catch our flight. They made our whole experience staying at the hotel so lovely:)

We would like to have a place to dry our beach towels and swimsuits but the truth is we didn’t ask for any drying racks and maybe that was because we were staying in the ground floor of the hotel.
