In general good, but far too many niggles!

Lobby was nice and margaritas were delicious! Pool was clean. Food was good.

Too many things we didn’t like about the hotel, room felt much smaller than the photo showed, glass on the balcony was dirty, we could barely see the sea (lateral sea view), staff were not so helpful or friendly - they had too many rules. Can’t drink your coffee, you have to drink it over there! Little rules and comments that didn’t make you feel like a guest - didn’t feel like a 4 star service. Had to pay for everything straight away, can’t put it on your room. No English breakfast tea… no milk for your tea… Was expecting more.

Good for the value.

The buffet wasn't great but it was okay. The front desk staff was not very pleasant. A bit standoffish but the bartenders were very nice and accommodating.

Very poor

Clean bedroom

Poor food. Not enough umbrellas next the pool. Families sit and burn in the sun. People get up at 6am to reserve chairs next to the pool before they gonto the sea for the whole day. Breakfast is very poor and just a lot of pork products. Staff can't speak English. No entertainment for children. Hotel Condesa is much better on other side of the island.

nice hotel next to building site

lovely contemporary style, lovely atmosphere

next door building work and no notice given regarding this, asked to move rooms due to the noise and view of a building site and offered at €30 a night extra upgrade. very disappointing to have not been informed of this work going on as we wouldn’t have booked this hotel.

Great last minute stay in Mallorca

Nice hotel, good location, clean and comfortable. We had a twin room with a sea view which was lovely. The breakfast was very varied, something for everyone

I almost had an allergic shock due to mold infested room, we got a new room without premium benefits even though we paid for it. We pointed this out on numerous occasions without success. Upon check out they refused to compensate us for the downgrade (and a lost day ) The entire stay has been inferior and I will let it be heard.

Great stay.

Hotel room was large, cleaned every day and bed comfortable. Facilities great. Staff at the restaurant were lovely. Absolutely met all our expectations. Could rent bike for a day there. Rooftop bar and pool lovely, well maintained and clean.

The food at dinner was a bit of a hit and miss. By the last day we were kind of off it. Cocktails at the bar are of very poor standard. Tried two on the first night and sticked to beers for the rest of the holiday. Missed opportunity for the hotel cuz we would’ve ended up spending a lot more money on nice cocktails. No other complaints whatsoever.

Excellent second visit. Will return!

Very friendly helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. Good location. Good food, especially the breakfast.

Maybe too many ‘Bali Beds’ which were unused most of the time. Space could be better used for more sun beds. Make sure sun beds are in good repair.

Fab 5 nights in relaxing modern surroundings

Loved the roof terrace day and night . Such a beautiful place . Been twice and planning 3rd trip back . Breakfast amazing

1-location 2-rooftop 3-breakfast (not the bakery covered with powdered sugar)

1-powdered sugar in all bakery/cakes 2-smelly toilet 3-attitude of some workers 4-dinners that were not themed

Superb

Food was excellent , especially breakfast. Beach just across the street. In the evening was really nice and quiet , most of the stuff was really friendly and helpful . 😊 Bed is comfy. Whole experience was 9/10

Swimming pool is open only until 19h. Washing laundry is way too expensive. Even if we had no disturb card on our door, someone (probably cleaning service) tried to come in, and that didn't happen only once.
