From the hot tub, to the pool, to the amazing staff (thanks Stefanos for bringing the best breakfast every day with a smile). The areas and facilities are very nice. Very close to fira and you can walk everywhere from there. The reception staff is amazing and you can organise everything with them to get the best deals and recommendations of the island. The staff brings you 2 bottles of 1.5.litres every day because the tap water is not drinkable.

The kitchenette is not equipped with a microwave or a stove but you have boiler and a mini fridge. The best view of your life await you, I have nothing else to complain about.

The location of this place is breathtaking. We sat on the patio most of the time we were in the room. The best part was breakfast. Excellent breakfast is served in your room. The front desk people were very very nice and helpful with the information needed. The room service guy was amazingly helpful. Being in a hilly location where vehicles can not reach reception you have to walk to get to the reception and your room so there was a hotel bell boy waiting for us outside on the road where we were dropped to help with luggage, both on arrival and departure.

The hotel is away from the main village so sometime when you order food and by the time it os delivered it gets cold. Having a Microwave will help

the view is unbeatable and the property is clean and fairly easy to access.

there was a bit of a foul smell coming from one of the bathrooms in our unit. we were travelling with friends and there was really no where to gather together on the property.

where to begin!! we booked this hotel four our honey moon and stayed in the Iokasti villa. as we arrived at the property, a lovely man came to carry our suitcases down to reception. when in reception, we were greeted with drinks and a map of Santorini with recommendati ons of places to go. we were then taken to our room which was just beside reception. the room was super clean and they had lit tea lights for us and had left a bottle of prosecco. the views from this hotel are so beautiful! we could have sat and watched the boats go by all day in our pool. the outdoor area is large and an absolute sun trap! there were barely any tourists passing by and it was relatively private compared to others we walked past. every morning we were brought breakfast by the same lovely guy that brought our suitcases up. he always came with a big smile on his face and was extremely polite. eating breakfast on the terrace was just amazing. much better than having to go down to a restaurant. p.s try the scrambled eggs!.. delicious! the breakfast was huge and we often didn’t need to eat until tea time. the rooms were cleaned every day by 2 lovely cleaners that were also extremely friendly. the pool was cleaned by the same guy as above. i did see the negative post about the pool guy coming in early but this really isn’t the case. the staff here are just amazing! i would advise that you book as much as you can through George and Elysseria. they were absolutely brilliant at getting us tables in the best restaurants and last minute bookings for things like a quad. they went out of their way to make sure we had what we wanted during the stay. as for the island, the location of this hotel is just perfect! you have full view of the sunset. 15 minute walk to Thira centre where all the nightlife is, but there are some lovely restaurants closer by too. taxis to almost anywhere on the island was 25€ and we visited most major places.

everything was absolutely wonderful! this, by no means, made our stay any less enjoyable, but i would have liked to have had a long mirror in the room so that i could see my whole outfit when getting ready. there are plenty of places this could go, but it is just a small suggestion!
