Nice room and nice staff, but the dirtiness... Not for me. Cleanliness is important.

Nice location. Nice big rooms.

Floor was dirty. Shower had moulding. No toothpaste provided. Room smelled of cigarette smoking.

Happy, but improvements are needed (the staff is exceptional)

The staff is exceptional. They serve you with a smile on their face. I loved the views from my room. I would stay there again.

I was close to the club (room 119), so I could hear the music. The hotel needs to deal with this urgently. The shower has stains and it would be nice to have them removed. By the table there were light stains on the tiles, not too sure what got spilt there and could not be removed permanently. I ordered butter chicken curry and it wasn't really a curry lol. Maybe the hotel can get someone who knows how to cook curries.

The room was well appointed,all amenities was placed and the service from the reservationist Sphindile was exceptional.

I liked the view from the room, the bed was comfortable, the shower was fantastic and clean. The staff and meals at the restaurant were exceptional.

I didn't like the listing showed a coffee machine in the room and bed and breakfast was included but when I arrived at my room, I had a damaged kettle, coffee sachets and cups. As well as there after my booking showed no breakfast was included

Disappointing

The bathroom was my favourite.

Carpets in hallway with bad stains, poor landing during checking in, aluminium window breaking when opening it. They also had this fancy system of downloading and app and using it to open doors that did not work. They tried to check me into a room with someone already in it, and when I finally had a room I couldn’t lock it because there was no room key.

Pleasant

Hi, there was not enough towels for two guests, The pool was very dirty and unusable. the noise from the. The price was also very steep for 1 night and it didn't include breakfast. We could barely sleep cos the loud music continued till the early parts of the morning. The speakers were outside. The check out time is also very early.

Enjoyed the stay, centrally located close to restaurants.

Nice comfortable rooms. Nice bar & restaurant.

Had awful stains on the curtains in the one room and found hair of previous guest on the bathroom floor. Fruit juice with breakfast was off, it went sour.

i enjoyed the culture at The Bon.

The Bon has very helpful and friendly staff. The views and cleanliness is breath taking. I suggest the basic meals such as breakfast be priced fairly, R220 for breaksfast per person is way too much.

A porter to welcome guests and assist with bags. Biscuit or rusk in the room with the tea and coffee

Very good

I loved that on my observation security personnel takes care of the disabled. Staff was also a pleasant bunch. Best location. I was only coming in to sleep coz I was attending a wedding, next time I am definitely coming to explore Waterfront and the beautiful surroundings.
