Breakfast was simply disgusting. Food was of poor quality and the breakfast room was extremely hot.

Please replace everything and renovate if possible.

I like how cold it was in the room however, the place looks really old for some reason. Linens, furniture, paint and even the lights need to be replaced.

Linens, paint, lights and furniture are old. The smell in the hallway were also not good but not really bad either. You could really tell that it's becoming one of those low-cost hostels/motels that you pass by around.

Passable

Returning guest of malayan plaza since 2018. I booked and stayed in a premiere one bedroom suite room1816 on the 18th flr. Spacious bedroom and I like the bed configuration (3 beds for 4pax): 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. It has a walk-in closet; it has hot water from the bathroom sink, shower and kitchen sink. Forgot to take pictures bcoz I was so tired when i came back from the office. Will be back soon and will surely take pictures next time. The staff at the concierge were all pleasant and helpful especially Amir and i think the other one i spoke to was crysta but all of them.were all pleasant and helpfull. I also like manong from housekeeping forgot his name. Glad that the room was available that time as I need to extend for 1 night and i had a well rested day. Walking distance to podium, megamall and shang plaza as well as robinson galeria and some korean store and resto.

Were not able to use the bidet other than that the bathroom is ok. As always the iron hasn't improved since 2018. No bathrobe.

Still a good price for its location and comfort it can offer

Location, location, location! It's a min walk to The Podium Mall. My twin boys love having breakfast at the Pancake House - and it's right by the lobby entrance. The hotel is so near Emerald Ave. where my mom & I love to walk around at night.

The rooms are not properly maintained anymore. The phones don't work. The towels need more washing as they are not white anymore.

the property is ageing and small ipis ( cockroach)seem to be everywhere

Pleasant

Lobby is grand, staff are pleasant and abrupt. Spacious rooms. I like that they put me in a room with a view of the city.

Need to update light fixtures in the room, incomplete kitchen utensils and still need to request from the housekeeping. It would be nice also if slippers and bathrobes are provided.

Needs updating, especially the toilet and baths, towels are very old !

value for money and location

a bit dated but still, property owner still does their best to make it good.

Location is perfect but cleanliness needs improvement.

Restuarant for breakfast is still closed

They need new towels and beddings. Towels and beddings are already dirty white to grayish white in color. Bathroom and kitchen is not that clean. We stayed for 4 nights our beddings where not changed.

Well appointed, well priced hotel in the heart of Ortigas, will definitely stay there again.

The included breakfast was great. The room was spacious and clean. Location was fantastic.

Aircon could have been better. Bathroom was a little small.

Not much this time breakfast was ok but often empty servers so hit and miss on the food

The room the front desk staff lack of sun at pool and over priced for a really bad room I should score it negative but that’s not available
