Muy buena

Me gustó casi todo. Tienen espacios muy ameno y lindos. La habitación premium es un deleite y los fue una sorpresa los detalles que dejaron. La comida es de muy buena calidad.

No me gustó que perdimos 2 horas para recibir la habitación. En total esperamos 3 horas y media.. llegamos a las 13:30 y nos la dieron a las 17. Me pareció un poco desagradable ver jóvenes fumando y causando alboroto en los espacios comunes.

Hotel Correcto, pero no espectacular

Su Piscina, la cantidad de bares, el buffet, las habitaciones bastante correctas, el servicio a la habitación, el buen servicio del personal en general.

Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado de la habitación, estaba mala y tardaron 2 días en repararlo. No hay donde comer a las 17:00 hrs. Dicen que hay snack entre las 15:00 y las 18:00 pero no es cierto.

It was a family vacation so it was good regardless of how bad the service was, but we will never go back.

Good location. Nice water park for the kids.

Very poor service at the swim up bar. Would wait over 30 minutes for a drink at minimum! Dinner at French Restaurant was a disaster. Sat 45 minutes before anyone came to table to take our order or offer something to drink. Manager was nowhere around and when I finally saw him I told him how poor the service was. Power outages multiple times. Food was well below average. Water sports were totally unorganized and not anywhere on time.

The customer service. The food was horrible. Our room leaked water by the air conditioner. I chose ocean view and I received a backyard with dirt and trash.

Highly recommend for a family vacation!

Our whole family loved our stay at Majestic Colonial and plan to return sometime in the future! Our kids (ages 12, 10, 8 and 2) all enjoyed spending time on the pickleball courts, beach, pool and in the kid's splash zone area with water slides for toddler to late elementary age. (Note: They may desire to return to use the older kid/adult size slides you see off in the distance at Royalton Splash someday.) Many reviews say the food is meh. We're a foodie family and found it to be of perfectly fine quality as long as you aren't expecting American level 5 star chef food. There was always something for everyone at the buffets and the steakhouse, seafood restaurant and Japanese hibachi (again, you're not in America so right expectations help and grocery store sushi is better than what they offer at their sushi bar) were good too. The beachfront, pools, rooms, restaurants and facilities were all very clean and well maintained. As a whole, the staff was very outgoing and super friendly minus the one tennis coach. We highly recommend this place to people traveling with children to Punta Cana. And, if you're looking for a fun family experience, go to Monkey Land!

The only staff member who wasn't great was the tennis coach. The sign had advertised a free group lesson for kids at 10am. We were there a few minutes before and didn't see any other kids. The staff member giving us our pickleball items to use while our one son participated in the tennis lesson told us that the tennis coach was finishing up his private adult lesson and to wait a couple minutes. At 10:25 he finally finished and said the kid's class was at 10am and because it's just one kid it'd now be considered a private lesson and cost $30 USD. We passed because his attitude alone told us this wouldn't be a positive experience for our child. Only other cons: *ATM didn't work, but a short walk to Majestic Elegance to use theirs was a fine option *My family didn't feel the need to snack between meals, but if you like to there is only one place we saw to grab something at all hours. You may be able to order something from the bar, but we never saw a food menu at any of them *The resort made our size family reserve two rooms. Due to our kids ages/genders we could have easily fit in one room. I wish that was an available option and that you can just pay by the age for your child for the all inclusive part. Our 2 year old did not eat enough to deem her the same price as other members of our family.

Amazing customer service, the food was really good, drinks all the day, the suite was beautiful and pretty close to the pool. The beach wasn’t so crowded. The best resort I have stayed so far

My sandals were stolen around the pool, but part of that was my fault for leaving them outside

Overall, it was an ok stay.

All the activities were amazing and the staff super friendly.

Our room was not clean as a 5 star hotel should be and the food was not the best. They also didn’t provide us with champagne until I brought it up to them, and no slippers and robe like mentioned in the room description.

The staff are all excellent, specially our butler Jorge . The Bartenders and the whole animation team speechless.
