Emplacement avec vue imprenable sur toute la baie de St Denis Chambre très spacieuse et confortable idem salle de bain Piscine agréable et grande. Petit déjeuner buffet continental très copieux et varié avec produits locaux.

Tout petit frigo qui ne refroidissait pas beaucoup. Literie assez molle car matelas en fin de vie! Personnellement ça ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir. Insonorisation des fenêtres de mauvaises qualité heureusement le lieu n'est pas trop animé la nuit!

Le climatiseur est trop fort pour moi à la réception et surtout au restaurant le soir (quand il fait noir et on n’est pas encore en été).

Convenient overnight stay for late arrivals.

Nice views. Parking available. Nice to have a 24 hour reception for late arrivals.

Not within walking distance of restaurants. Bit business like.

The rooms were clean.

The bed was not so comfortable, The toilet also needs to be looked at, it continuously leaks water and make a dripping sound. (Room 206)

Location and parking facilities very good

We stay in 4* or 5 * hotels each time and it's the first time that water bottle was given only on the first night and not refilled each day that we were staying. Despite the man saying that the tap water is not consumable and having asked the man to please give us water for each day we were saying, they did not do so. The hand held shower head is the worst one that we've had so far, it was so unpractical to use. The pool and outside area was lacking of cosiness and not as shown as in the pics. The hotel definitely needs some renovation works

We had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. which stated on the booking, upperfloors with ocean view. Once we arrived we were given 2 rooms on basement floor -2, ....which I wouldnt call upper floor. One of our rooms looked directly into a tree and you could hardly see the ocean. The receptionist, only spoke French and were not helpful at all, but rude. We booked the hotel to have a great sea view, which we didnt get. Not friendly staff and misleading info on rooms on Booking. To expensive for what you get.

The location and the view - Nice view on the city and ocean Parking facilities - liked the covered parking Receptionist - helpful and welcoming Easy check in and check out

The breakfast - despite knowing that we needed vegetarian food, the menu for the 3 days we were there were eggs, rice and sausages and lots of other non vegetarian foods! So, we ended up eating bread and butter for 3 days which costed £19 per day per pax! Note that we did send a mail before going so that needful could be done for vegetarian food and the reply was we had to do with what's on offer. So, no effort was done to accomodate our needs to make us feel welcomed! Bathroom floor flooding after each shower and becomes disgusting! Safe not working and staff did not know how it worked! We asked for help from the maintenance who never came to fix us. Far from city centre and restaurants, so you always need a car to move around. We asked for bigger mugs and went down to the reception to pick them up on the 1st day. The next day, the housekeeping took them away from the room while we were exploring the island and when we came back dead tired, we had to ask for them again, the reception asked us to come down again to pick them up! This was very annoying! No body lotion available in bathrooms. Overhead shower not practical if you want to keep your hair dry. No iron and ironing table in rooms Electric sockets for 2 pins chargers only Rooms are not sound proof - we could hear the noise from people in the swimming pool while we were trying to sleep. To be short, not a place for tourists but for business.

The room was spotlessly clean, the staff efficient, helpful and welcoming.

Nothing much to fault in this hotel! Perhaps the shower button that has a tendency to come loose releasing the overhead spout on one's new hairstyle!

Perfect view

View is perfect, pool is nice

Mostly due to covid regulations, the menu of the diner was a bit small. But that is not to blame the restaurant because it was still good.

Great hotel, would recommend.

The hotel was great, the staff were helpful and friendly and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was a bit outside the town so it was awkward to get here. We were lucky we had a car. Saint Denis has very few taxis so it’s not ideal if you are having a few drinks. The restaurant did not have any vegan options, I don’t recall seeing many vegetarian options either. For this reason we had to eat outside the hotel. Great English spoken at the hotel. They offer a welcome drink which is a nice touch.

The vegetarian options were poor / non existent. The breakfast was expensive
