O staff é muito simpático e super atencioso! O Riad é muito charmoso. Cama muito confortável. O pequeno-almoço é óptimo. Fica muito perto do centro, óptimo para passear a pé. Adorei o terraço.

The first room they give me was very dark and small, just after I wanted to cancel the stay they were willing to give me the room I booked.. And we were the only guest.. Also the tax they charge me was not correct..

A beautiful riad with wonderful staff

The Riad is comfortable and beautiful and Mustafa and Fatima were so helpful, couldn't do enough for you. Mustafa particularly really helped us to understand the lay out of the medina and was invaluable to our d jusr

I'd just say, buy drinks away from the riad. You can get water and soda far cheaper just at the end of the alley. It's really a bit silly how much it costs to buy in house.

Amazing holiday in a fabulous Riad!

Lovely place with extremely friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful rooms and excellent breakfast! Close to the Souks.

This is not a dislike but a tip for other guests! The Riad is not so easy to find as it is in a cul-de-sac. Taxi drivers should drop you off at Mosque Bab Doukkala and from there it’s ca. 5 minutes on foot.

A real gem of a place

This riad offered everything you could want and was a peaceful retreat from the busy town. Fatima and Mustafa could not have been more helpful, responding to our emails quickly and helpfully and were so helpful on arrival despite it being midnight; Mustafa coming to meet us from the transfer they had arranged and showing us the way through the narrow streets. Location was v good and we never felt unsafe, either in town or finding our way back to the riad late at night. The breakfast was delicious and the tagine that was prepared for our arrival was by far the best meal we ate in our 5 days in Morocco. Don't miss eating at the riad - you won't regret it. Sure, there are fancier, plusher riads to stay in but this place was welcoming, genuine and real and we were left wanting for nothing. Thank you to the little team for our lovely stay in your wonderful city.

We weren't given a padlock for our door but never felt the need to ask for one - felt v safe and there was a safe in the room for our valuables. I'm sure there would have been no issue in giving us one had we wanted it however.

a relaxing and enjoyable break enhanced by the professionalism of Fatima and her team.

comfortable, small and personal. comfy beds, clean linen, authentic and the staff were brilliant. Allowed us to check in early and check out Kate to accommodate awkward flight times. Fatima and get team were always ob hand to advise or arrange things but very discrete and professional.

can’t say I disliked anything although one area for improvement by the owner would be an upgrade or better maintenance of the jacuzzi as the water did not look too inviting.

What a delightful week we had in Riad L’Orange Bleue. From the warm welcome Fatima gave us to the last goodbye on our leaving from the ever so helpful Mustafa we enjoyed every minute of our stay, not to forget the 2 lovely sisters, who run the excellent kitchen. Tasteful Moroccan decorations and plenty of space in our deluxe room with fluffy towels, crisp white bed linens. Pleasant neighbourhood with small restaurants (Chez Mokhtar, Les Terrasses) and easy walk to big square.

Superb

All staff extremely helpful and chatty, particularly Yousef who was always happy to chat and advise on places to go/see. He kindly arranged a pick up to the airport and helped carry our bags. Breakfast was basic but plentiful served to the table.

Lovely location, great staff, fabulous breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent!! Loved the selection of pastries and the fresh fruit was lovely. The Riad itself was lovely and the staff were really friendly and provided excellent service.

The only issue we had was arriving at the property. As it was within the medina the taxi could only drop us nearby and we did not realise that the staff could have met us at a certain location to guide us in. This left us at the mercy of local people who 'helpfully' assisted us and then charged us excessive amounts. The staff would happily have met us at the nearest taxi drop off. Next time we will know!

Exceptional

The hotel was great, the room was very comfortable and clean. There was a great bed, AC, and all other facilities anyone could need. Everyone from the staff was kind and polite, extremely helpful and accommodating. Mustafa and Fatima made our stay as pleasurable as it could have been, and treated us to a delicious breakfast even in the days where we had trips starting as early as 7am. We are extremely happy we stayed there and totally recommend it to anyone going to Marrakech! Mustafa was always there to answer all questions we had about the city and made sure he provided us with great food and drinks recommendations. Again, we absolutely loved staying there and would 100% go back if we ever visit Marrakech in the future!

There wasn't anything we didn't like, the hotel and the staff were great!

Amazing stay and I would definitely recommend this!

I loved everything about this Riad. The people were unbelievable kind and the Riad was very pretty, it has a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing and the location is perfect, you walk in the medina in a minute. The room was very nice, great shower and good quality of the facilities.

I’ve stayed in numerous hotels in Morocco and I have to say that this particular Riad is the only place I stayed that is perfect. The only improvement that could be made would be a slightly better Wifi network.

Best experience at Riad L'orange Bleue

We had an amazing experience! Great location and was fairly easy to find. We were welcomed by Mustafa in the evening with tea, he was very welcoming and happy to give us recommendations what to do in Marrakech. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was good. I don't think I could have stayed at a better place than this!

The internet was sometimes a little slow, but not too bad. To get in to the riad you had to knock on the door and wait for someone to open, we had no problem with this but I think it is good to be aware of.

the Riad is tiny and fine decorated, the personnel is attentive and having 5 rooms in total they are able to attend all guests’ needs. The position is perfect to visit the Medina without being disturbed by the noises of the souk

A wonderful experience in rhe heart of Marrakesh

An amazing riad. The staff - especially Mustafa- were warm and welcoming and incredibly helpful. They gave us lots of recommendations on what to do on Marrakesh and where to eat. The room was nice and enchanting and the location is pretty good too! The breakfast is awesome / legit didn’t have to eat until dinner.

The wifi can be a bit touchy - but this seems to be the case across the country. The location can also be a bit hard to find at first but once you know where to go it’s easy

Absolutely wonderful and unforgettable- the loveliest staff and let’s not forget Chica 😍🐶

The staff were exceptional! So so so friendly and helpful- we loved them all so much- faultless :) the breakfast was amazing and very tasty! Also has great lunch and dinner options! The room was very cute! We also loved the terrace and hot tub!

We would have preferred to have a key to the Riad as opposed to ringing a doorbell. This could also wake guests up if some get back late whilst others are asleep

For a true Marrakesh experience, this is your Riad hotel

The location was perfect - 5 mins to the Souk. The staff were very attentive. The food was excellent. Please remember, the hotel is a 3 star so there is no TV. For us, this was not a problem because we were exhausted each day exploring the Souk, and touring.

the staff were great, all of them, specially Moustafa, he was very helpful and helped us in our trip. the room was clean and the breakfast was nice.

the location is in a very old area and was hard to find.. you can go to this hotel if no kids or babies, since you have to walk for few minutes to find a taxi

Charming

the team are wonderful. Very welcoming and provide a lot of information. I arranged the airport transfer and would advise others to do this too. the driver arranged for Fatima to come meet you. this is very useful. I had a wonderful room and large bathroom.

the location is central - it takes a little getting used to the alleyways though, but that’s the joy of the Medina! It’s the same for any property here.
