Extremamente agradável.

O quarto era excelente, muito espaçoso e limpo. A cama era super macia também. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã é bem completo e gostoso. Superou as expectativas.

A academia estava com aparelhos sem manutenção e dificultava na hora do exercício. Acho que isso pode ser revisto.

Ótimo custo beneficio, levando em conta a cidade, localização e café da manha como ponto alto

Café da manha ótimo para o porte do hotel. Ótimo em sabor, tamanho do buffet, tamanho do restaurante, opções de buffet. Localização a uma quadra do metro, sem problemas de acesso e sem sentimento de insegurança, mas lembrar de não ficar a toa na rua sempre. Tamanho do quarto excelente, banheiro com tamanho excelente. Ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente e super silencioso.

Iluminação do quarto e banheiro e mobílias do quarto como ponto de atenção, poderiam tem mais mobília, para apoio, uma escrivaninha melhor, o quarto tem espaço, funcionaria bem. Iluminação do banheiro muito fraca, escuro na parte da ducha. Internet como o pior ponto do hotel todo, quase nunca funcionava. Assim a TV que era via internet/aplicativos, também não funcionava.

Great hotel, spacious room, friendly staff, would highly recommend!

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in São Paulo, lovely staff upon arrival, very helpful food recommendations. The room was really big, air conditioned, very clean and a really nice environment to stay in. The breakfast was tasty and room service/ snacks are available which is handy. Overall good experience, would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Great business hotel

The hotel is great. Large room, fridge, good view from the window. The facilities are in good condition.

In the room we had two beds which were moved adjacent to each other to be a double bed, the problem is that the beds have wheels, which means when you move the beds move.

Beautiful and amazing, we did not have a any trouble with the loud music from outside

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable! The breakfast was amazing!

It is situated next to a restaurant with a live band, so be prepared to hear lots of loud music

A breath of fresh modern air to a historic part of the town!

The room is exactly what we see in the photo. Very clean Scandinavian like design. Could have a flower or something green to make it a little more cozy but that would be just a plus detail. Not a problem to solve. It was just as I expected. Very happy!

The windows are not sound proof and I woke up a few times during the night. Other than that it was perfect!

I was extremely satisfied with my experience, it went beyond my expectations in terms of comfort.

The breakfast buffet was superb, every day there were different and delicious options! The bedspread was honestly the most comfortable I've ever used, and the water pressure was out of this world. The location was very central, we were able to visit several places on foot.

It would have been nice if they provided more structure in terms of sightseeing. The staff recommended some options but it would have helped to have maps available with our options in the region. Also, although there were good restaurants nearby, there weren't any nice cafes at a walking distance.
