Exceptional

very good breakfast

Even if they do sell beer at the bar and play music till midnight it is a respectable hotel to visit with family.

Disappointed Stay

For a 3 star hotel, they have a nice pool. We were 'upgraded' for the 1st night of our 7 nights stay because the guest who was staying decided to extend his stay by 1 night. The bungalow was more spacious but as informed by Yassine the staff, it will be a bit noisy till 12.30am because the band will be playing at the Bar by the poolside. Which was the case for every night we were there. Glad we switch back to our initial booked room away from the pool and bar.

The air conditioning needs to be service. It was faulty and wasn't working well. The WiFi connection is horrible. For the 7 nights we were there, it was probably connected for about 5% of the time. We did made complaints but the staff seems to be helpless and says its electrical or cable issues which we don't understand. We asked for a kettle and it was brought to us but it wasn't working.

With a private balcony and a garden view, this spacious room features a private bathroom with tub, pool. It's very nice expérience.

I rarely sleep that deep. I slept like a baby in that calme and quite place. Very comfy bed and so clean. I had a fine-dinner at the restaurant (175dh) a complete meal with great quality of sea food, I was so full and I enjoyed my time. It's a good value for money, and I highly recommend it for people who would like to connect with the nature and relax

The water pleasure of shower is extremely short, that's the only bad thing for me at the hotel. The shower is not hot enough. The soon as I put the shampoo on my hair, the water was gone already and I had to finish it with cold shower in the middle of cold-rainy day at December. That's awful.

Nice spot outside from Tetouan

the friendly staff the design from the hotel and pool area the interior design the balcony

The hotel runs a public bar, open to everyone, so it's always quite noisy in the evenings, especially on weekends. The last days I've spent there, they started to work on rebuilding the public toilets. So from 10 a.m. til 5 p.m. was it so loud everywhere

The location is not the best since you need a car to go everywhere. But the staff managed to get us a taxi easily everyday so it ended up being easy to move around but to take in account.

Nice place to get away...but you'll need a car to get there

Hotel Mandy is a nice place to get away from things - big pool, bar with big TV, nice restaurant. Staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was superb.

The location - it's difficult to visit without a car. The bar pumped out loud music in the evening. However, it was a Saturday after a big football match, and the music was cut at midnight.

Again amazing stay

The reception guy mohaed yassin was so great and gentle. Also people in bar were so friendly

The breakfast was very good. The location was nice and quiet, but quite far away from town. The staff were helpful. There was a mini fridge in my room.

The bedding did not seem very clean. There was no shower, only a tub.
