I feel like this has put us off from returning to any four seasons hotels

Location

Staff not attentive at all. Only partially attentive when tipped. Don’t seem to apologise when a mistake has been made. On our last day we had to write an email stating how we had instances of bad service including a very speedy driver who was not concerned about his or our safety. We did get a response stating that we would get a complimentary drop off to the airport which was appreciated.

Extraordinary

Her şey en ince detayına kadar düşünülmüştü. İnanılmaz rahat yatak ve yastıklar, odamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Her şey tam anlamıyla Four Seasons kalitesiydi.

Havuzu çok sığ idi ve çok fazla çocuk vardı.

lovely grounds, 2 swimming pool options, good restaurants and food all delicious. staff absolutely fantastic!!!! poolside guys were amazing, the room cleaners were exceptional, rapid, thorough, helpful - tennis fun, yoga great and a lovely yoga pavilion. concierge etc excellent- they really made you feel like family - all over, excellent!!!

Nice Hotel but not usual Four Seasons standard.

The Pool Area was beautiful and Relaxing. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.

Overall the Hotel did not feel like a Four Seasons and seemed to be a lower standard than other Four Seasons Hotels we have stayed in. In general the staff seemed to be slow and somewhat disinterested. Again, not the standard one expects from a Four Seasons Hotel. We had issues which we informed the management of at our check out and they were happy to have the feedback and will hopefully make some improvements.

Exactly what we hoped for!

My 13 year old son and I spent 5 days at the Four Seasons in Marrakech and would have liked to spend another week there. The team is extremely helpful and attentive and everything is beautifully spaced out. Our room was spotless with a beautiful, large bathroom. The two pools never felt crowded. I have 2 treatments at the spa - both of which were very professional and carried out in a serene environment.

We liked it all! Breakfast was pretty busy, but it was lovely to see families with grandparents and small children enjoying themselves.

Very lovely but value and some service details made it less

Price - breakfast which was a normal buffet not worth the exorbitant price. Highest price we have paid when the overall room costs are so high. Round pool needs more attentive service - no one help to move sun shades or do drinks

Simply perfect.

Simply perfect. Attentive staff, personalised service, pristine facilities, great food, good location.

I was surprised that I could hear conversations in the room next door through the adjoining door, but it was quickly resolved. The spa facilities could use an upgrade.

Expect better service from the reception considering the price we paid for.

Breakfast and dinner at Quattro was excellent. WiFi was good. Love the terrace. The bed was super comfortable.

The check-in was delayed by more than 1.5 hrs. Can only get the 2nd room by 4.30 pm. Yet when we had a late flight out - they want us to check out of the rooms sharp at 12 pm. The receptionist was quite rude

Everything I needed and more. The Four Seasons will definitely be my go to hotel from now on.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Four Seasons, from the time they picked me up from airport to the time they dropped me off. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. This was definitely the highlight of my stay. I was treated like a queen!

I didn't like that I had to leave and return back to my reality.

It was a pleasant stay with quiet surrounding.

The room was very comfortable considering that we stayed 3 people with an extra bed put in. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory but a bit expensive, it could have been very well included in the price. The fact that there were two pools , one for families with children and one without was very good as we could have a peaceful time around the pool without the sound of the children.

The toilets in common areas could have been cleaned more often. The color of the stone inside the pool did not make the pool look clean, I would have preferred a blue or white inside. The towels on the long chairs should be removed as soon as the guests leave it so that one could tell which one is free and unused.
