Great hotel/staff. But the sea is dangerous here. Pls provide door for the bathroom 🙏🙈

The staff were WONDERFUL! The food great, ambience too. There were a couple of limiting rules at the hotel but staff sooo accommodating!

Two things - the water in front of the hotel is quite scary with currents etc - it’s a shame not to be able to jump into the sea on hot days (and some were veryyy!). We had I think one of the most character-ful rooms but there was no bathroom door and an additional large ‘design’ hole between the bedroom & bathroom - not very romantic 😉🙈. If that was resolved would be perfect!

the manager Guillermo was very rude, he was very innapropiate with his comments and behavior the service was terrible it took hours to get q drink or food there was construction work going close to the hotel and there was noise since 7 am and the manager didn’t wanted to discount or do anything for us there was nobody to open the door at night nor security the only good thing was the quality of the food

Nice pool, nice ladies at the bar, beautiful clean place directly on the beach with a pretty pool

When we arrived at 7PM there was nobody but a guy looking quite confused that we arrived. No real check in just keys there you go. Room was directly on the street and quite noisy. No atmosphere at all. If you're looking for a quiet but expensive place go there.

Another Tremendous Stay at Casa Aamori

The location on the beach with a great pool, the staff, the food at the restaurant, and the overall value for staying at a location like this. The property is super cute yet Mexico rustic. The manager is super helpful, personable, and very accommodating to their guests. Walking distance to everything you need. Another great stay for us at Casa Aamori. Great views, rooms need attention and fuest experience can improve

Great location, great view.

Communication regarding expectations and "rules" that at times seem to on the fly. Great hotel with potential yet the room had faulty electrical issues, and smells coming from the drainage ducts in the restroom. This hotel has great potential if they make the guest feel like they are the priority and not the hotel itself or management.

Amazing little Boutique Hotel!

Beautiful boutique hotel in a calmer area of Mazunte, not directly in the center of this cute hippie village. The staff is amazing, the Manager welcomed us so warmly. Everybody is so friendly and wants to make this time amazing for you. we have not experienced such hospitality in a lot of places. The terrace and lounge area is amazing, direct view on the beach. we have slept in a room to the street, but the area is rather quiet at night. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch, for dinner you find some cute places in walking distance (5 min). we recommend El Navegante!

Restaurant food was average. Be warned the ocean directly in front of the property is really rather dangerous for swimming.

Beautiful small boutique hotel right on the stunning San Agustinillo beach

Beautiful decoration of the rooms, very friendly and arranging staff, amazing location right on the stunning beach, quiet atmosphere and nice restaurant too in the hotel. Would definitely come again!

All very good - The restaurant's food prices are quite high for the region, but food is good.

Perfect location right on beach with an amazing staff that worked very hard to make our stay great

staff was amazing and location was right on the beach- could not have asked for better location - sounds of waves at night were incredible

We had an issue with our room that came up a couple times but the staff worked very hard to fix this - quite expensive compared to things in the area but great time

The hotel is wonderful. Beach is just right in front of the hotel... Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Well located in San Agustinillo. Quiet and peaceful. Above all, all the staff was very nice and helpful. Thanks Pablo for your constant kindness. And Andrea and all the staff in the kitchen: muchas gracias por todos, to have help us in catching the colectivo bus. ;-)

we had a second story ocean view room that was spectacular. amazing views and breeze all day and night. the pool was nice as was the service. great beach steps from our door.

The highlight of our trip, we felt like we were in paradise!

The location of the hotel was phenomenal! The proximity of the beach was amazing and the food was absolutely incredible. If the restaurant had been open for dinner, we would never have left! We loved that there is a pool and the beach so close, and there were always lots of beds and loungers available. The staff were incredibly friendly and we had everything we needed. I couldn't recommend staying here more.

Perfect gem with impeccable service!

The property, staff, location and quality of service were exceptional. It was well-maintained on a constant basis. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I even extended my stay an additional day. If I did not have other obligations I would have stayed even longer!

It was all wonderful. I would have liked longer hours at the restaurant instead of closing late afternoon. Also more beverage choices.

Wonderful and peaceful place directly on the beach. We can highly recomend this beautiful little Boutique Hotel. One of the cutest places we have been. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We certainely will come back when in this area!

Dirty and overpriced

Good location, right by the beach and near restaurants. Staff were nice

We had rats moving noisily through the roof all night and rat excrement would fall from the roof and into the pillows every night (see photos). We talked to the staff about it and they were apologetic but did nothing. Also, the rooms with view to the street are extremely noisy at night give than the room has no proper windows, so you can hear all the trucks and cars passing by. Rooms are dark (poorly lit). Food at the restaurant is average and overpriced. We expected a lot more given the price of the rooms. We come often to San Agustinillo and will never be staying here again.
