A pousada foi ideal para a o uso que procurávamos. Toda infraestrutura necessária de cozinha, fogão geladeira, microondas e utensílios.
O sinal de wi-fi bom para trabalho em home office.
O pessoal, todo, simplesmente fantástico.
O café da manhã foi servido no quarto.
Gostamos de tudo. Apenas um comentário para quem deseja ir até o centrinho da Lagoa da Conceição ou outras praias, estar de carro é uma vantagem.

Large, clean rooms with a hot shower, clean sheets and towels. Wifi was quite good. Air conditioner works well although we barely needed it with the rainy weather. Breakfast was good and plentiful, eggs are made to order upon request. The location is tough if you don't have a car because it is remote. The nearest grocery or convenience store is a 7 or 8 minute walk as are restaurants. There is a bus stop a block away and you can find bus routes if you zoom in on Google Maps and click on the bus stop icon. That was very helpful for us without a car.
For the price we expected more. The decor is very dated and worn. It needs a bit of sprucing up to ask for this much money.

Excellent breakfast, we couldn’t eat it all! If you wanted something else, eg scrambled eggs, you only had to ask. Very comfortable and clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Amazing location for Barra da Lagoa. Well equipped kitchenette.
I would have appreciated a rail in the shower as I was frightened of slipping on the tiles. The towels were a good size but I would have liked a bath towel and a head towel as well as the hand towel not just one and maybe they could do with being renewed, but that’s being picky. They were serviceable.

lovely little guesthouse. the pool was ok- cleaned but cold. the breakfast was great- they bring it to your room on a tray which was sweet.
we had problems with mosquitoes. bathroom was very small.

- Very friendly staff, always willing to help you
- Delicious and generous breakfast!, from fruits to "cheese-bread" pieces
- Very quiet location, just ~4 blocks from the beach, and ~6 blocks from town center
- Barra da Lagoa in particular is GREAT if you like trekking, few mins walk to some, mid-island to North and South ones.
- Apartment comfort GREATLY varies: "01-Canasvieiras" is the best one (ground floor, fully ventilated on both ends), 02 and 03 next (ground floor kitchen and mini-livingroom, upstairs bedroom without windows :/ ), then the other ones on 2nd floor, VERY hot for the stay.
- Swimming pool is not as long/big as apparent from the pictures

- The breakfast was just for one person and not for a group of people. we were 3 in a room for 5
- The owner was pretty rude, she putted personally in the room the dirty dishes that were in the BBQ area
- The bathroom next to the pool was dirty almost everyday
- We didn’t receive a legal invoice, the personal of the hotel just gave us a receipt written by hand.
- When we bought something from the market via the Personal of the hotel they never gave to us the change.
- During our stay they forbid the music in the whole hotel. even if the speaker was in the room.
- BBQ area wasn’t clean
