location and the good predisposition of the staff ; the rooms are bigger than we supposed

the hotel is located in a pedestrian and ascending street; no parking lot. We had heavy luggage so it was hard to carry it from the public parking lot where we had to park the car . The room had a bit musty smell

There was a peculiar odour in the room

I like how careful was the stuff trying to find us the best solution in off-season time. I liked the stylish atmosphere, nice heating in winter and, of course, amazing location with Terrace

We had to wait for check-in almost an hour. And the room we booked had no WiFi but it was replaced by another one

Nice big room, well equipped kitchen, nice shower and bathroom. Although there was no breakfast due to COVID, they arranged it at a cafe and it was good there. We arrived terribly late in the evening and the staff was still waiting to meet us - really appreciated!

We tried to drive inside the town which was suggested, but found it very challenging and narrow. It took much longer than if we had just walked to the public carpark.

Location in the center of Ragusa Ibla centro storico, antique furnitures in the bedroom, very nice view from the windows over the roofs of old buildings and the hills nearby.

The bathroom wasn't too clean.

Adorable room with terrace — renovated recently but clearly with a lot of ancient architectural integrity. Interesting (and charming) owner circulated at breakfast, clearly a guy with vision to remodel & rent all the unoccupied and decaying real estate on his block!

I liked the room, which was fairly large and comfortable, with also a desk space, and high ceilings. I liked the location, which was lovely, and the breakfast terrace.

The staff: the owner tries to get around everything, hotel and restaurant, but complaining to guests as if it should be their problem. When we arrived also it was not quite pleasant as we had advised of early arrival and wanted just to leave bags at the reception - the staff was next door but it was managed with us as a "problem". Same at breakfast, the girl was nice, but complaining about the many things to do...It's unfortunate that such a lovely place is not managed by a professional team as it would enhance a place with great potential.
