Basic bnb. Don't take the room with skylights.

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff was friendly, but not especially outgoing.

Busy and noisy street in front of the room, even at night. Skylight windows were not soundproof at all. Even with all windows closed it was nearly as noisy as with windows open. Breakfast is served in dark windowsless room in the basement. Selection was okay if you eat meat. Not many vegetarian, very few vegan options. Plastic foil as tablecloth. No vibe. Didn't see any other guests there besides during breakfast.

Nice medieval room in the old town

The room is very cosy, in an old rustic style, with a wooden bed and elements. The breakfast is served in the cellar, which looks like a medieval dungeon, very beautiful and inspiring. The service was impeccable, all the people who work there are hospitale and welcoming.

The breakfast buffet was scarce. It's compensated, though, with a hot dish on demand, which is cooked for each guest separately, but the choice of vegetables, fruit and other cold appetizers is really very little. Also there would be nice to have some juice for breakfast, as so far there are only hot beverages and water. The cost per a night is quite high, for this money I would expect individual soap bars and shampoos in the bathroom, not dispensers, as in the hostel.

A great accommodation in the city center with delicious food and drinks!

The location was really nice and close to the historical center. We could also walk from there to the Railway and bus station, instead of using a taxi. The room is just amazing, with a lot of space and really stylish. The breakfast is definitely worth paying 35 zloty as it's an unlimited self-service with a great variety of tasty and healthy dishes. We were also impressed with the possibility to go to the kitchen any time day or night and make delicious tea, coffee or even cacao for us - it was all for free as well as lemonade with lemon or orange in it. The owner also was really helpful as we arrived earlier and left later than the official 'in and out' hours.

If you want to get a completely quiet room, you should ask for a room with windows directed inside of the yard as it may be too much noise from the street due to central location of the accommodation. The rest was just perfect, no minuses in my opinion.

I would not consider staying again

The check in and parking was fine, room was clean

The room was extremely noisy at night with trams and cars passing, people walking by the windows, it is a very busy road; tv does not connect to apps, we did not have bottled water in the room, check out was confusing, noone at the reception, we waited and we left cards in the safe box at the end

Exceptional

This hotel has amazing ladder and nice clock. We could take beautiful photos. Room had an interesting view. Windows are from old time. There was nice and comfortable to spend time. The staff were quiet nice and helpful))))

Good price, very clean and friendly staff!

Looks beautiful, check in also without staff no issue at all since you receive a pin for entry and room.

Excellent, but..

The location itself is amazing – it’s really close to the central market and all historical attractions. The room we lived in was under the ceiling and it was extremely lovely to stay there!

The noise from the outside. I believe, there is no noise reduction system on the windows. Be prepared – at night you will hear any car riding down the street, any tram, any conversation from the street. We were forced to use earplugs :(

Very cold room and bathroom. Heater worked only little bit even after repair from the employe. Hot water was only warn, not hot.

Very nice hotel in a central and friendly area

I had a great 3 nights stay in the hotel Five Stars Bed&Breakfast. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. And the hotel is in a very good location with lots of good restaurants, cafes and bars close by. The historic center is also close by in walking distance. The breakfast was very good.

Our room key was able to open other rooms

Located in the historic old town, only about 10 mins walk from the main square. Very friendly and accommodating front desk staff.

We had a bit of an unusual situation with the room keys mix up (keys not card). In short, hotel front desk staff gave us a key to a room located on floor 0 but mistakenly told us that the room was on the 1st floor. We headed directly to the 1st floor and used the key to open the door. We unpacked etc and went out to get some food. Before going out, we remember locking the door and then unlocking and locking it again to make sure the key worked just fine. When out we got a telephone call from the front desk saying we went into the wrong room and that our room was on a different floor. Someone else assigned to that room went in only to find out our belongings. They weren't able to explain how was the key to a different room able to open the door to another. We figured all the rooms must have the same locks. Of course, we cannot say with certainty that one key opens every single set of doors at this place. We saw that it opened two different rooms and it was enough to make us feel unsafe. Also, as soon as we returned from the restaurant, the room key was taken away from us and we were given a key card instead. At night, we locked the door from the inside and barricaded the door with an armchair. For obvious reasons, we wouldn't be staying there again.

Very nice and cozy hotel. I really like their common room, where is possible to meet during the day.

One of our room was next to a street, when trams were passing it was really loudly.

Decent hotel, but noisy!

- Value for money hotel - The small kitchen downstairs providing you with free coffee, cold water etc. at any time. - The wood rustic decor in the rooms - The salads, scrambled eggs, and other local products at breakfast.

- If you have sleeping issues, avoid this hotel. A lot of street noise even during early morning hours! - Unfriendly personnel speaking basic or no English. The receptionist must be new in her job. She spoke average to little English so communication was inefficient. - At breakfast, I have asked a lady something in English, and she answered me in polish! - Upon arrival, I have rung the bell, and there was an automatic answer in polish! Consequently I couldn't understand that I had to push the locked door to open.
