Very friendly owners, staff and pets helped to make this a very enjoyable stay.

Tasteful and colourful decor. Attractive, peaceful and comfortable terrace and patio.

The breakfasts, although of a high standard, were lacking day to day variation.

We would highly recommend San Telmo. The staff are fantastic and the location is perfect.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety including yoghurts, avocado , fresh fruit salad and Parma ham.

Intercontinental breakfast as buffet: lots of choices for having the meal. Good food stuff, fresh and tasty. Nice location, clean, excellent professional staff. All the best, I will come back soon. Massimo Biga.

Marvellous stay, owners and staff very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely continental breakfast with nice Greek yoghurt and fruit salad and good choice of breads.

Nice if the the bath towels were a little thicker and softer.

Best accomodation at the best location, seriously. Only needs some WiFi improvement for workers.

Amazing: location, firm bed with high quality linnen, room (we had nr 6, with very cute mini lounge that has a great view with the best privacy of the hotel, as well as an excellent home office corner), modern bathroom with normal & rain shower, relaxing interior design, cute lobby, super helpful and genuinely friendly and welcoming staff that speak multiple languages, off the charts lovely inner city terrace with classy lounge chairs and parasols, as well as a hidden garden patio with calming fountain. Being a home office worker, I liked that each room had its own WiFi SSID.

Iron & iron board are available upon request, but are also used by the staff; I’d recommend having a separate set available just for the guests. The breakfast was undoubtedly put together with love, but overpriced considering what they’re offering. WiFi kept being interrupted and could be upped in speed ro accommodate home office workers that need uninterrupted high quality internet for live video conferencing.

This was a lovely place to stay, full of character and color. The staff were so welcoming, wanting to please and make your stay enjoyable. Great breakfasts. Wonderful terrace and flower/plant filled patio. Rooms were nicely furnished with balcony. Free offering of water and coffee in a comfortable reception area. The town's historical attractions are all close by, including parking and other transportation.

Great owner, great staff! Extremely welcoming, open, and warm-hearted! Always helpful and forthcoming and very committed to offering the most comfortable stay! I would come back any time :) Location superb: great area, cosy and quiet but right in the centre. Breakfast: small but high quality selection of rich breakfast foods to start well into the day. Very attentive staff serving juices, eggs, and excellent freshly roasted coffee! Atmosphere: Cosy, well-decorated, well-designed, absolutely lovely! PS: One of the VERY rare places on the island with good Wifi!!

Lovely small hotel, very friendly staff, helpful with everything. Good European breakfast, German style. The location is excellent, everything is nearby. There is an elevator, which is convenient to climb from the ferry. A separate bonus is birds and cats, especially a big red cat who came to our room and pleased us with his presence in the evenings.

Do not hesitate! Great location, wonderful hosts, and excellent accommodations

There is barely a thing not to love about Hotel San Telmo. The location is convenient for walking to the pedestrianized streets in the historic center, the room and common areas were beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, there was air conditioning (which isn't common and made for a great night's sleep), the proprietors were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic. The two hotel cats we met were entertaining and charming. Of the places we stayed during our 10 day trip, this was my favorite.

The bathroom was well designed but its compact size made showering slightly challenging for us, so it might be even more difficult for larger individuals. The shower head hangs very close to the two bi-fold doors, which makes it easy for water to inundate the bathroom floor (at least in our room). We couldn't find parking near the hotel one night of our 3-night stay, but parking is not included (which is clearly stated) and you can always drop off your stuff and go park in the tourist lot by the harbor and walk back if needed.

Restful, rejuvenating, and an ideal launching point to take in the city!

Location in the city was great - within minutes of high street and the central points of interest. Maria the front desk receptionist was kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The roof deck was also nice to take in the sun in the afternoon!

The ideal place to stay in Santa Cruz, beautiful building, friendly staff, great location.

Beautiful hotel perfectly situated in the old center of town. The courtyard is lovely and there is a beautiful terrasse with a nice view. The room was tidy and confortable. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel owner very friendly and helpful. The perfect place to stay in Santa Cruz de la Palma

Not their fault, but there is an ugly building right across, partially blocking the view of the sea!

Place was amazing and we cannot say enough good things about the management!!! The guys were great and went above and beyond to help us sort out travel difficulties etc. If you are staying in Santa Cruz, this Hotel is a must. All the rooms are outstanding (we saw 3/8) do yourself a favour!!!!

Beautiful house beautiful view best service

The location in the old La Palma, the architecture and the cosiness of the old house but last and not least our host was into perfection in servicing and advising us about what to do, meteo, booking a car, flights while receiving a cup of tea!
