There are great things about the property. The staff is EXCELLENT! The rooms are comfortable. The amenities in general Al great. The only suggestion for MANAGEMENT is that they NEED to replaced the AIR FILTERS. We booked 2 rooms and in both rooms the AC FILTER HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED IN MORE THAN 6 + months for sure. Nothing to do with the staff but this will caused us issues to breath for both rooms. I will go back to the hotel if I go back to Colombia because this is something they can change for better. AC filters HAVE to be changed every 3 months. My husband had breathing issues, I was sneezing. My mother room was the same. As I said I do recommend the hotel. It is beautiful! And the stuff we’re extremely nice!

Wifi was fast
The hotel has poor quality service. The staff are not willing to help. As we arrive we don't get towels on the rrom asked for it and after 3 or 4 hours we finally got it. The noise in the rooms are terrible. The parking in the night is not in the hotel but 2blocks away in a very unsafe street

Staff great, beds sucked
Staff was great, helpful and always willing to be of assistance
Beds were solid as a rock, noise level was always loud If menu items for breakfast ran out, no more would be made and breakfast was supposed to be until 10am but no refills for the foods they made that morning
