Day trips might include U.S. Air Force Space & Missile Museum in Cape Canaveral, the world class Outlet shopping area in Saint Augustine- the oldest settlement in America, or a trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa. Gainesville, home to the University of Florida is two hours north and Florida’s gulf coast to the West is about 3 hours. Tarpon Springs on the Gulf coast is another easy day trip.
