There is a beautiful swimming pool, but it is part of the resort. The owner said: I will authorize you to stay there... No worry... But damn, I paid for it thinking to have its access... It is the minimum. We arrived at 17:30 expecting to go to the swimming pool the day after. The checkout was at 12:00 and we had to gave back the towels. So the afternoon in the pool was with no towels. Consider we spent a lot to of money with restaurant, etc. There is also a little gym accessible for these house guests, but with very old and ugly machines. The restaurant's and bar's foods and beverages are very good, but the stuff did many mistakes with wrong bills before to ask to us to pay the correct consumptions price... So be careful with it...

I booked a room at the Marulhos Resort, and to my surprise once I got there I was told that my booking was not with the Resort, but with a private owner of a unit, something that was not in the advertisement. Because of the false advertisement I was not able to enjoy the full benefits of the Resort. The room had no soap to wash our hands, no towels, no shampoo or conditioner. Once we got to the apartment the owner was there to collect her money( cleaning fees for the apartment that were a surprise to us considering the add said total price R$270: had it been R$270 + 70 cleaning fees I would have looked at the price and then based on that information decided if that was the best option for me. It should have been posted with the total price of the room). We got there tired and wanted to enjoy our time as a family, instead we had to deal with money and someone charging us like we were thieves that we’re going to run without paying her. Once she left we had to go find towels, and again we had to contact the owner to get it, and the towels work in a code system. You can only get 7 at the time a day (we were 4 guests), so if you wanted to go the the pool you would have to make a choice to get dry after the pool or the shower. We then asked for the Wi-fi and to our surprise we had to ask the owner. We had the same message, we were not guests at the hotel. There was only one tile of toilet paper in the bathroom. It was overall a bad experience, would not recommend it.

Beautiful facility with great opportunity for relaxing and just enjoying the hotel grounds. Swimming pools everywhere so you were never crowded. Breakfast was good served in the hotel restaurant, and reasonably priced.
