Good location, with plenty of parking nearby
Couldn't get the WIFI to work, the username log in I was given couldn't be found.
I couldn't find BBC or ITV on the television.

Small but functional studio. Excellent for driving into Southampton. Host was very helpful.

Nothing
Converted garage….Broken blinds at door and window. No curtains. Dirty, dusty window sill. Dust all around the skirting boards. Bedding was creased and just looked awful. The bed was hard and creaked. We only sat on it. You could hear every word being spoken in the room above and talking next door. In the description it said there was an oven, but only a portable hob and microwave. We wanted to use the oven.
Generally in an unkempt condition.
We are frequent travellers using booking.com and therefore very surprised as this accommodation is rated 8.4
Needless to say, we did not stay the night and very happily stayed in the local Travelodge 10/10.

The location was perfect. Convenient for my work at Marchwood Power Station and next door to a friendly pub that does good food. The room was cleaned regularly and even provided cleaning products, i.e. toiletries, laundry products, etc, etc.

The kitchen has a microwave, mini hob, fridge and mini freezer for preparing and storing your own food.
The shower has decent power.
The bed is comfortable but be aware that it’s a double up against a wall so might be a challenge for couples.
Good choice of TV channels and very pleased to find a fan in the cupboard. Most welcome in this hot weather.
Great sized towels too!
Monica also provides tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk.
I can’t complain about anything.

Very cute and cosy place to stay. Had everything I needed for a night.
The hosts were easily contactable when one of the bulbs was flickering and came to replace it quickly.
They had also turned a fan heater on for my arrival which was much appreciated and needed on a very chilly night!
TV was good with Virgin Media installed so able to watch catch up and not just terrestrial TV like in a lot of other properties.
Nothing, would definitely stay again!

It was exactly as described, very helpful and accommodating owner. Great location, lovely quiet neighborhood. It was the type place I prefer.

well designed for usability. well supplied. very clean, nice toiletry selection. easy to find. just steps from a very good pub, with friendly service and customers. unexpectedly quiet for a high density area, no disturbances at all. easy place to recover from relocating to a new vacation spot.
no snacks, so we couldn’t get a breakfast together. but milk was left for our use, with tea and coffee.

Nice, clean, cosy little place.
The bed is too soft, but this is just personal preference really, we prefer hard bed and also me and my fiance both "big" people so the bed a bit small for us.

Comfortable for one, small for 2. Had all needs, including microwave and washing machine. Pub good next door.
Only a double bed pushed into corner. Location with suburban homes, a little away from town.

Very convenient for me, only 600yds from where I was working. Nice self contained apartment with everything I needed, tea/coffee and milk provided. Nice shower room, good Wi-Fi. Although I didn't use it, good looking TV nicely positioned so you can watch it lying in bed. Washing machine provided. Easy self check in with keys in keysafe. Good communications via booking.com messaging with the host.

The studio is probably better described as a converted garage. it is quite long and narrow. The pub next door is good
The bed which is immediately inside the room is seriously uncomfortable, The mattress is 5 or 6 inches thick and poorly sprung.

It was clean, and perfect for a single person or couples.
The shower gel in the studio was only for men.

I liked the location as I had a short drive to work.
There was nothing to dislike, all was very good.
