Location & Value was Good.

Public areas seemed a little 'gloomy', needed more lighting.

This is a 4 * hotel. I wouldn't give it even 2*. Poor and dated hotel, very inconvenient. I believe that the 4* ranking was given by the owner. This is a joke. Stay away

I had a nice balcony and the weather was cool enough that I could have the doors open. The bathroom is really nice with great water pressure and temperature. The hotel is really clean.

it was loud, even on the quiet side of the building. But it was ok and I still slept great. I think it’s expensive for the space.

Breakfast was delicious with so much varieties. Staff were helpful and very friendly as well

So much noise in the room Not enough towels We had only one shower gel/one shampoo eventhough we were 3 ppl. No water in the room (4 stars hotels used to offer free coffee and water)

I like this hotel and I recommend it for everyone want nice cleane hotel whit amazing staff . The staff is excellent, the best I've seen, they are all kind and smiling. I felt like I was in the midst of my family

Toooo old fashioned

Check in took so long we we were waiting there for over 40 minutes with two small kids!! Cannot believe it . The room I reserved online wasn't available by the time I made to the hotel so they had to have ne wait there forever until they figured something out that certainly was not as professional as I thought:( also room I has given smells bad and a lot of noise coming we didn't know from where :( kids were up all night due to noise and the so called flat TV doesn't work at all the remote control is a complete joke no batteries on it we had to call down the reception for bed sheets cause they were none !!!! Just ridiculous. We will never come back there also I wich I can do some sore of complaints of something because it was a waste of money for the price I paid per night :(

To be honest I pretty much like nothing about the hotel except the location
