Good location. Really nice view on a lake from your own balcony.
Nice surprise that you could get fresh drinking water for free, free washing machine usage, free kayaks, sup boards and free bikes available 24/7.
The beach is 2 minutes from properly, you basically need only to cross the road and already enjoy the lake. The closest restaurants and supermarkets are also close 10-15 minutes drive.
Everything you need is in the apartment to cook for yourself. Good fridge. Was really nice to find gazer coffee maker and filter coffee maker in the apartment.
All was clean. Very good bed, highly recommended.
AC is available in the room, but it will be extra charge of 7 euro/day if you decide to use it.
The host Silvia was really nice and friendly, we have communicated in WhatsApp.

Silvia was very friendly and the communication went smoothly through whatsapp. U got everything u need. The accommodation is right in front of the lake with amazing view. The car park is just under the appartement so ur car is away from the heat (very genius, very well thought). Free bike and Sup-board to use was a plus plus. We will definitely coming back.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was so modern and fancy. The patio had an amazing view of the lake and mountains! I highly recommend this stay and would like to come back here myself in the near future. :) P.s. I was happily surprised to see an American coffee maker! I haven't seen one at any other Italian stays I've been to.
There were only 2 bath towels for our 3 adults and 1 infant.

The kitchen was great and comfortable
There were two balconies connected to the room
Free parking with option to keep the car there after the check out and for the rest of the day

The main road is close to the apartment and you can hear every car passing like it is inside the room

Amazing location, spectacular view! Lake beach only few minutes by foot. Easy access to private parking.

I liked the view. The location. The host is very nice.
The nearbye village is beautiful (Castelleto). I can`t believe this is a two star apartment, it should be at least three.
The stove was wery slow, it took us ages to cook something. The terace is actually very small. You are looking right in your neighobours plate when you are dining. It is not as big as is shown on the picture. The blankets were really old.

Very nice location. 1 min to the lake. You get used to the street after two days. Nice balcony.
