The cabin is on a beautiful island owned by a lovely couples, the patio overlooking the fjord is so comfortable to sit around, with berries picking at the back of the cabin, stars gazing at night time, warm and clean cabin, very helpful and nice host, Pal and Mona, Pal has accompanied us fishing on a sunny afternoon and Mona has helped to take my son’s left behind doll to Kristiansund all the way from Tustna, really appreciate their hospitality and help! The stay was the best among our journey in Norway, best to stay at least 2 nights to enjoy the tranquility of the place! Some comments about electricity by solar power, that was my original concerns, but the host has put many batteries-powered glass light jar in the cabin, which for me is totally enough for lighting and especially make the place romantic. Heating for shower and cooking are by gas, 3 of us stayed 2 nights, no problem with electricity or 2 electricity outlets only at all.

The cottage is superbly located with fantastic views from a wooded hillside, close to the sea. It is well equipped, with all the essentials you need for easy self-catering. Mona and Pol, our hosts, were simply amazing, they helped us so much.
