Plenty of room for our family of 7. One king bed and 3 queens. The couch and dining room was big enough for all of us. The gated community was a pleasant bonus. Nice pool and small beach area that was a hit with our kids. 2 full size bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs was nice. Big refrigerator/freezer for meal planning. A few helpful tips: bring a plastic tub for your non-perishable items (bread, chips,boxed food) There is not one inch of space in any cabinet or drawer. You will have to stack everything up on the breakfast bar area if you don’t. Also , most of the info you need, Wi-Fi, check out process, local map is on a bulletin board in the kitchen. We had a wonderful time and hope to return

Miggy was a responsive, nice and welcoming host! The condo was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was very clean, too! There was a beach theme, which we appreciated. There are comfy couches and beds to lounge on and relax. The town is low key and quiet but there are a lot of activities to do in the area. The complex has a pool, dock and beach area and tennis court. Miggy has all the necessary appliances and tools in the kitchen and bathrooms and the washer and dryer worked well. We had everything we needed there and enjoyed our stay very much! We cooked a few times and had coffee at the condo and everything was there that we needed. Overall, this was the perfect place for our Keys trip!

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is perfect. Each night we walked down to the property dock to watch the sunset. Fishing from the dock was also fun. Good central location in the Keys.

The condo was clean and in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach that was cleaned every morning. Great poop with shaded areas. The condo has a large kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook. Beds were comfortable. Located in a great area with a park for running each morning. Washer and dryer were great so we didn’t have to pack as much. Definitely recommend for a family vacation.

Unit was in excellent condition and was very comfortable for our family of 6. We had a wonderful time during our stay. Only a short walk to the pool and beach area. We snorkeled out to the lighthouse area several times from the beach and those excursions were some of the highlights of our trip. We also enjoyed watching the sunsets from the dock and listening to other residents blow conch shells as the sun went down. It was a just short drive to many excellent area restaurants and other area attractions. We'd definitely consider staying here again the next time we vacation in the Keys.

Property is in an outstanding location. Most of what we did was south of the condo so it was great turning right out of the gate during the heavy traffic times. The property is a great value.

This unit is great for a family of 8-10. Layout is nice with the exception of getting to the bedrooms on the upper level require ascending a narrow spiral staircase. Living area is comfortable. Loft is accessible only via a ladder. Kitchen appliances, with the exception of the fride are outdated. We had the specific issues listed now: 1. Water leak in the kitchen ceiling that dripped water on the kitchen floor. Mostly happened when taking a shower but could not pinpoint it to that. 2. Light over the upstairs shower, 2 lamps in the bedroom did not work. One was missing a lightbulb. Lamp in armore also did not work. 3. No pillow cases for some pillows 4. Bare wire hanging from the big bedroom ceiling fixture. 5. Provided iron did not work. 6. Garbage disposal did not work. 7. No hand soap was provided. 7. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper was provided. 8. Listing showed a king size bed in big bedroom, but there were 2 queen beds. King bed was in loft. Sent messages to Miggy multiple times on the water leak but the issue was never fixed.

Have stayed in keys before, but this was first time in Islamorada. This place is very nice and in a great area with plenty to do. Has a great pool that we enjoyed using during our stay.

This place is very cute! Our family had a wonderful stay! Located in the middle of everything!! Here's some information that I thought would be helpful! It's gated so you will need a code to get in. Ask the security at the gate for a parking pass to put on your dashboard. For the front door, you will also need a code for the lock box. The room with the loft has the 2 double beds, couch & furniture in it, not the King Bed. The room where the loft is not, has the King bed in it. The pool is lovely when you don't want to be in the salt water. You will enjoy your time here! I know we did!

Great spot to get away and enjoy the Florida keys. Upon arrival had a few hiccups, but miggy to care of it instantly. In a prime location for anything you want to do. I will definitely be back

Great place in a great location

Great place in a great location

We loved being in a nice clean and friendly gated community. Where we could walk to a small beach with a pier and see some pretty cool wildlife in the water. It is close to a grocery store, cvs and dollar tree and many restaurant choices that are close by. The townhouse itself was very clean and communication with Miggy was great. It was nice that she checked in to ensure everything was ok. The kitchen cupboards are filled with a lot of items so that was a bit overwhelming when trying to find something. However over we would definitely stay here again! Overall this is a wonderful place to stay.

This is ideally situated in the Keys. We went to the Everglades and to Key West and neither drive was too bad. The pool area was great and the condo very comfortable and cute with everything we needed.

The property was great and we would definitely not hesitate to book this condo again. My family of 8 was comfortable. The pool and ocean areas were amazing. There was an issue with the circuit breaker and the Air Conditioning stopped working. A quick call to the property owner, Miggy, and two repairmen were there within the hour and we had A/C right away. Thank you very much for letting my family and I enjoy your wonderful property. We will be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay, we had 8 people and slept comfortably. The place is beautiful and clean, we had everything we needed, beach chairs and towels. Only thing I would suggest, bring good bug spray, the mosquitoes are horrible (whole state, not just here. Lol) Miggy was very helpful and accommodating. I can't thank her enough for all her help. We look forward to staying again in the future!

This was an excellent value for our stay. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the property but it was very clean. The decor is a bit cluttered and it was difficult lugging suitcases up the spiral stairs, but we only had to do it once each way. The gated complex was very nice, with a great heated pool. It was a fabulous location, everything was nearby. This property would be able to accommodate a lot of people for sleeping so it would be great for an extended family trip.

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Was a great size for our family of four. Miggy made the condo our home away from home. Enjoyed visiting some of the suggestions for lunch/dinner even with us coming down to keys for the past 14 years. She was attentive to questions I had asked. Condo property has plenty of amenities. Really enjoyed fishing off the dock & watching the sunsets near the water. Pool was nice & warm.
