Becky had the home very clean and ready for us! The kitchen was stocked nicely with all the cookware, spices, and utensils that you may need. There was complimentary snacks left for us upon check in. The linens were nice quality including the sheets and towels. It was great to have a full sized washer and dryer to do laundry. There were board games and darts available that we enjoyed. Wifi was excellent and allowed me to work from the cabin on Microsoft Teams. Instructions on how to light the gas fireplace would have been helpful as we were not able to enjoy that feature. We also had a large black bear get into the trash can at 3am but there was no way to secure the cans against bears and not a place to store full bags of trash inside. We were able to scare him off with the provided flashlight and had a small mess to clean up that morning. Overall not a big deal. Note to homeowner: Please check the underside of the deck as it appears to need repairs and safety could be an issue in the future. Would stay at Pinetop Paradise again! Thanks for the nice stay!

Our stay was far from what we expected especially for the price we paid. There were many things that were not set up to make the stay enjoyable. The living area has no table lamps. You must use the ceiling lights which are very disturbing for anything. The property is NOT in a nice scenic area. The surroundings are terrible for a mountain 'paradise'. I had to sweep the porch and walkways for stability. The handrails were covered in spider webs. The outside overall was very dirty. No live TV. Roku hookup doesn't qualify. A note to the manager went unanswered on this. No KitchenToaster is simply not accepable. I put a battery in the bathroom clock - it had not worked in so long that the battery had leaked acid at the terminals. The main bathroom fixtures and mirror were not clean and loose. The kitchen table light and fan were so high that the chains can't be reached to try to enjoy the setting. The A/C (wall mount) is impossible to operate and the controls have no instructions and are not user friendly. No cushions for the outdoor furniture - but as stated who would want to sit and watch the next door property anyway. We are both late 60's and had no idea the entrance and driveway was such a disaster. All in all this was truly a sad stay for us and we paid (all costs) over $300 per night. Not OK in any way.

Very clean the shower in the master bedroom is not very spacious if you are over 6feet tall. Didn't care for the power lines right out side the bedroom window. The drive way is very steep. maybe could of been a little better with the details of the listing.
