A truly fantastic B&B experience. The room and bathroom were very spacious and had a real luxury feel to them. Having a balcony was an added bonus and we really enjoyed finishing our day by sitting out there enjoying the peaceful location. Little touches like having some home-made cake waiting for us in the room was really appreciated. But the reason you have to visit is for the breakfast, simply amazing; freshly made quiche, freshly made bread and croissants straight from the oven, porraige, fresh fruits, yoghurt with an array of topics . . . we will definitely stay here again.

I genuinely cannot fault this B&B in any way. The only thing I can say is be aware that it is a little out of the centre of Fort Augustus (like a 10 minute walk) but being such a busy tourist place I think this is actually a positive for most people.

Sofia went above and beyond! The B&B is stunning and very well presented. The room was really luxurious and spaces and not a spec of dirt in sight. Sofia made some extra special gestures for our anniversary and it was so appreciated and even offered to drop us and collect from the village for some food. She could not do enough for us! The B&B was a perfect location for a 15-20 minute walk to the pub and Loch Ness and was ideal for our final stop of our summer trip.

There is nothing bad to say about Sofia or the B&B. We did find that the kettle didn’t actually make water hot enough but this was a very minor thing.

Excellent high quality continental breakfast

We really enjoy our stay at this B&B! Sofia, the owner, was always on top of everything and sending us information ahead of time. We arrived late at night and if it wasn't for her directions, I am not sure we would have found the place. She also gave us recommendations for dinner in town. Loved the large room and extra comfortable bed. Great spa style shower :)!! Give it a 11/10!!

The only thing I would improve is adding 1-2 signs to show the way to the property.

Sofia the host was very friendly. The check in was really easy. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. Bathroom was nice and nice products within. Good location despite the 15 minute walk into the village. Despite the comments below, there was a lot more that was good about this place than could be improved. We were generally happy we chose to stay here.

The house is pretty modern, so the walls and floor/ceiling are quite thin. We could hear talking through the wall from the lounge into our room until pretty late in the evening. Then when the people went upstairs, we could hear every movement they made for quite some time. We would have thought breakfast would have been included for this booking price, but it was an additional £14 each in cash. Appreciate we didn't see the quality of what was offered, but a continental breakfast with porridge for £14 seems pretty expensive. So we went to a restaurant for our breakfast instead

This B&B was exceptional. This was the most luxurious place we stayed. The rooms and showers were amazing and the breakfast very delicious. Our host was very gracious and kind. I would highly recommend this B&B to everyone- you will not be disappointed. Hope to come back again someday.
