The pictures do not do this credit. The proximity to the beach meant swimming everyday was a must. The communication was great. The flat had everything you need. The parking was great, Lidls is next door to the complex and the towns of Port Vendre and Collioure are delightful.

As everyone has said, the view from the flat is stunning. But it is also well located in many other ways: adjoining the development on one side but not visible from the flat there is a cemetery, which means ample parking only rarely used; on the other side is a well-stocked branch of a large supermarket chain which is, literally, under two minutes walk from the flat; there is a selection of paths down to the beach immediately in front of the flat; under three minutes walk away are bus stops in both directions, Perpignan and Banyuls-sur-Mer, for the coastal bus which runs, roughly hourly, at a cost of €1.00 regardless of distance; the harbour of Port Vendres with a wide varieties of eateries and a scattering of other businesses is less than a 6 minutes walk (good market there Saturday mornings); Collioure is a level, 20 minute gentle walk away. Very quiet at night. The owner is charming and helpful, meets you to let you into the flat and arrives promptly to see you out when you leave. We used the extra facility of bed linen and towels provided all of which were of good quality. Good water pressure and piping hot water. The bedroom, toilet and bathroom are compact but the living area is light and airy: lovely to sit with the windows slid back and watch the boats whilst having breakfast. The kitchen has a four plate stove with oven as well as a microwave.

The only criticism which stopped this getting a 10/10 is that the kitchen area is a little tired and would benefit from some TLC. But don't let this deter you from a visit!

View, beach is very close, apartments are very nice.

Furniture are quite old, not everything works, I didn’t like that we had to pay deposit and extra 15 euros for sheets and towels. But anyway it’s great choice for this price. I recommend this place who looks for silent place near beach.
