The place was very clean and also had everything you needed in the kitchen.... I loved it so much. The pictures don't do the place justice, it looks more gorgeous in person.

The noise level was really bad. Had to complain twice. The neighbours above us could be heard when they moved their chairs and when they walked up the stairs to their unit which happened at around 11pm and 3am. Very Noisy. The guests 2 stories above us had such loud music that we could hear it in our unit, ruined it for us for our first night. When we complained to Zest, they were very quick to respond, for which we are grateful.

Beautiful view, great braai facilities, well equipped self catering flat. Central & close to all amenities, not too busy and not too quiet. DSTV. Good housekeeping, clean.

We did not receive a notification email of where to collect our keys. We were stranded outside a locked gate till a neighbour told us to go the filling station to see if there were keys for us. No communication. The en-suite bathroom really smelled bad - previous guests must have sat in the bathroom to smoke. The walls, the tiles, everything smelled of old tobacco smoke. I had to go and buy a special mop and ammonia and cleaned the walls three times with ammonia before we could stand the smell. Not nice at all. Yellow stuff were dripping from the walls when I washed it. The owner should evict those who ignore the non smoking rules.
