The upper floor was excellent everything is working and meaningful. Tv was great Fireplace seems to be nice in winter. kitchen is good, especially owen. extra water filtering location is good for buying food (Tsirani supermarket)

If there are more than 6 guests they have to use the lower floor, which is a ground floor cold, no air ventilation, except mechanical (noisy). The lower bathroom is broken.

The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to everything. Big enough to accommodate 11 people. With separate seating areas on the balcony and in the garden.

It was uncomfortable to sleep in the first-floor bedroom. There are no windows and the air was very stale. Very difficult to open and close the doors of the first floor.

The location of the house was great, very much in the city center but with amazing nature views from balcony and windows.

The place had two rooms on top and bottom floors with completely humid walls. The room below had a wall wet with water shining on it. The room upstairs had the wallpaper peeiling off on one of the walls and black mold growing uncontrollably. The black mold is an immediate health hazard and the place shouldn't be rented out at all in such condition. Seems to me like the place has construction issues. The roof doesn't have long enough sidings hanging far out from walls and the water from the roof during heavy rains overflows and runs off over the walls making them humid. I'd highly recommend doing some construction corrections on it.

The good things about the place: - communication, - cleanliness, - location and groceries near the house very easy, - the view from the balcony was great.

The negative moments: - the beds were not comfortable, matrasses were very old; - the cookware was also dated and not at all pleasant to use; - it is not worth the price; - the overall place needs a good update. On the 1st floor was a very obvious humidity odor. We had a great time there though due to the weather and outdoor amenities, but the house was not worth the price. I would repeat my booking only after an update.

Garden was not so good.Very little green space.

Great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!
