großes Zimmer mit vielen Fenstern, Bad mit Fenster, alles ordentlich und sauber, schnelles Wlan. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und engagiert, die Englischkenntnisse sind jedoch zum Teil begrenzt. Mit Google-Übersetzer konnten aber alle Fragen geklärt werden. Flughafentransfer wurde organisiert.

Szuper vendéglátás! A házigazda kedves, jól tájékozott, angolul beszélő úriember. Meginvitáltak családi vacsorára, ami különöseb jól esett. A szoba tiszta, nagy ablakkal a városra. Közpotni helyen. Ajánlom.

Minden rendben volt. A zuhanyzásnàl érdemes a vizet előre megnyitni.

La gentilezza del Sig Tam che ci ha accolti fuori dall'orario del check in ambiente famigliare. Abbiamo chiesto indicazioni per una lavanderia e la signora ha fatto per noi il bucato, super profumato. Il sig Tam ci ha proposto di prendere le bici gratuitamente. C'è un area comune in cui ci si può accomodare leggere um libro consumare qualche pasto. Qualita prezzo OKK

The room was very nice. It had a big bed and clean sheets. The towels smelled really nice and clean. They provided body wash and toothbrushes/toothpaste. The male owner was super friendly. They responded immediately and let me check my bags in at 7am. He also carried my very heavy bag up 4 flights of stairs despite being older. They arranged for me to rent a motorbike and the location is under a 15 minute walk to the dragon bridge. The fridge is stocked with beer, water and coke cans that you can purchase for a reasonable price. It was definitely good value.

There is no elevator and I was on the fourth floor so it meant a lot of climbing every time I went back to the room. The AC didn’t work very well in my room but there was also a fan so this wasn’t a huge problem.

I loved this Homestay! The location was perfect for me, as I was able to easily walk to all the attractions in central Da Nang. There is a wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops just a few minutes walk from the property. It is also within walking distance of Da Nang railway station and Da Nang Airport. A local bus (route R16 - VND6k each way) to Marble Mountain stops nearby (no need to book a tour bus). My room was spotlessly clean, had large windows and was very comfortable. It had a large bathroom. Wi-fi speed was excellent. Television had a variety of international channels. The host family were very welcoming and helpful.

For me, nothing. However, there were a lot of stairs to climb and so those with mobility issues may wish to consider this.

Brilliant hosts. Made to feel very welcome. We visited January 2023 during Têt New year celebrations. The dragon bridge is close and spectacular. Fabulous locals restaurants close by that could not have been more helpful since everything was in Vietnamese, of course. Back street life, not touristy. We loved it.

The balcony advertised didn’t exist, just a large opening window.

Very friendly staff. I arrived late and knocked. After some time, the staff came out and escorted me to the room. They issued an electronic key for the main door.

Even though the hotel is cheap, it could look better. Everything is quite old, the shower is dirty and there is no hot water.

Helpful staff, good location, spacious room and value for money.

We stayed at the third floor and there was no lift, and the lack of of constant hot water.
