About this house rental
Nestled in Ridgedale, this charming house for $427 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Newer home featuring 2 bedrooms on main level with full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms in basement with two bathrooms with walkout. 4 full baths(master with jetted tub). All rooms have TV's with 4 King Size beds & 1 queen bed. One bedroom in basement has a king size bed also has a full size futon. Clubhouse with game room, playground, and small workout area. Two Zero entry pools with a splash pad (a short walk up the street). Basketball court. Big screen TV's with DVD players in family room and basement entertainment area. Bedrooms have Roku available for streaming. PS4 in basement entertainment area and many board games to play in house along with a game table. Back deck with a grill with a table and umbrella. Branson Canyon Nature Trail. Basement family room with one sleeper sofa and one twin futon. Great room has cathedral ceilings. Kitchen is fully stocked with many extras! Home does have a slope to the driveway and has two parking spots. Overflow parking map will be provided before arrival. We are very excited about our Hawk's Nest home and look forward to you sharing it with us.

We were looking for a nice big home for us and our 3 grown children to relax to after Christmas. This house fit the need perfectly. Far enough away from the busy town life but close enough to make a trip to go shopping . Large rooms, big kitchen and living areas.
The only downside was the parking was on a big slope and it snowed while we were there.
Overall would stay again!

Home was beautiful. Well stocked and clean. Problem with refrigerator not cooling at first. Contacted owner and problem was corrected. Master bedroom was freezing. Vents were behind headboard and not accessible to adjust. But we had plenty of blankets. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking The driveway was very steep which caused parking difficult. But our stay was very enjoyable for all. Great time and wonderful memories. No attractions more than a short drive away.

Great property. I had a ladies get away and it was an easy drive to everything we wanted to do in Branson. We had a tremendous time and loved the house and subdivision it was in.

Our family and our friends stayed here to get our kids from camp and take in all Branson has to offer. The house is very nicely kept and the family went has thought through so many things to help travelers with kids.

The house was perfect for our group. Loved the location. Was clean and had a lot of extras in the kitchen which was very nice. A bathroom for each family was very nice too! The owner answered our questions in a timely manner and there were no issues just a great time had by all. We will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay! It’s easy to find and is close to Hwy 65 but feels secluded. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to gather or have your alone time with 5 bedrooms and 2 living areas. Beds and baths were clean and the kitchen very well stocked I would highly recommend and we hope to return in the future

We absolutely loved this property! The location was excellent for all we had planned to do. The house itself had every amenity we could want. We had a couple of things that we had to contact the owner about and he responded quickly and with the help we needed. I would highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay here. The house is well appointed with everything you might need, along with a selection of board games and dvds. Beds were comfy and there was more than enough room for all of us. I love the huge dining table! The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

A group of ladies and myself stayed at this property. Everything was great! The home was warm and inviting, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the week. The ceiling fan in the great room, needs to be dusted as well as the pencil trees. One of my sisters has a dust allergy, which is why this was noticed. One more note, if your vehicle has low clearance you will bottom out your car. We loved the location and the amenities in the house, like the insta-pot and the crock pot; being able to cook a few meals was great!

Wow! What a perfect home! There were 8 ladies enjoying a night away for fun and relaxation, and this could not have been a better choice. So many bedrooms and bathrooms allowed all of us to enjoy a great night sleep and to easily get ready in the morning! Two large lounging living rooms allowed for space to hang out and talk, a large dining table gave us room to enjoy breakfast all together, and the kitchen had way more amenities than we needed for our one night. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Maybe next year :-)

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house was incredibly efficient and met all of our needs. We had eight adults and three kiddos and had plenty of space. We cooked many meals at the house and really only needed the food, lol, and if we wanted a particular spice. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and would definitely go back to the same house again.

The house was amazing. It is in a great location and great area. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The Rentor was outstanding to work with and would definitely rent from them again. House has tons of room and is fully stocked included board games the children loved playing during our stay. You would be hard pressed to find a better placed to stay in or near Branson. Five stars is not enough for this house.

All of us LOVED everything about the facility. Very nice, very clean, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, except, we now wish we could have stayed more than just one night! We will recommend this house to the rest of our family, and to our friends. We're hoping to book this same house, next summer! 👍

We stayed for one night for my husband’s 40th birthday. The house was lovely. Nice deck, and well lit. I made sure to use the jetted tub in the master bath. LOVED it! Owner messaged when I booked and was responsive to any questions. We asked and were allowed a late checkout.

Hawk's Nest at Branson Canyon was a beautiful newer home that was both spacious and comfortable. We have stayed in many VRBO and Vacasa homes and this one was by far the best!!
It was clean, organized, very welcoming, and had everything we needed such as plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, coffee filters, bath towels, hand towels, etc. Access was easy with a code. The neighborhood was quiet and filled with other beautiful homes. We had no issues with finding our way there. John was great to work with and quick to respond to questions and messages. He offers a 10% discount to several different member organizations (I am a teacher) and that was most certainly appreciated!!! I highly recommend John and his beautiful home if you are looking to stay in the Branson area.

We stayed at the house for a week. The back patio was beautiful! The house is very large, it fit our group no problem. I love the rustic style and valted ceiling. We brought 6 kids all under 10 years old and they loved the house. The beds were very comfortable and each room was a really good size. Lots of closet space and plenty of bathrooms. The location is very close to Hollister and Branson, but far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. The pool was amazing! Definitely recommend this home!
